I ordered a 2023 Maverick through Sawyer Scarff and it was a great experience. Even though delivery of these vehicles is always a guessing game he kept me up to date on production dates and delivery date the best he could. Great communication. Definitely my go to guy on my next purchase.

My experience with Brandon and Bowen Scarff was great! I initially reached out to Brandon in July of 2022 to get my name on the list to order a Maverick Hybrid after some research seemed to indicate that Bowen Scarff knew how to play to Maverick game and get their customers on the waiting list. Brandon reached out before the order banks opened in September to make sure all details were in place, and provided guidance on which options should be avoided to increase my chances of getting a vehicle built. Come opening day, Brandon got my order in, and then came the long waiting game. Throughout the wait, Brandon kept me informed of the progress, and also gave me a chance to change some options on the order if I wanted to increase my prospects of getting a vehicle earlier. I chose to hold out for my original XLT Hybrid, and 13 months later it (finally) arrived! Throughout the process, Brandon was always helpful, and never pushy. After a rather horrible experience buying a truck from a different manufacturer and dealer several years prior, I was bracing for more of the same, but have nothing but good things to say about this latest experience. Getting 45MPG in the new Maverick Hybrid is the icing on the cake.

Francisco and the team (including Ray, and others) made
Francisco and the team (including Ray, and others) made the experience super smooth and easy. I arrived at 6 pm, and was driving home by 8 pm… literally nothing like previous car buying experiences (i.e. many hours or days long). We had a complicated transaction, but Francisco was upfront and set expectations accordingly. Super satisfied and will be a returning customer for sure.

Brandon is a great salesman.
Brandon is a great salesman. I bought a 2020 Mustang GT and came back and bought a 2024 GT. He has a great attitude and will definitely be buying from him in the future. I would highly recommend him.

We bought a car in Nov.
We bought a car in Nov. 2022 . In Aug. of 23 we noticed bubbling of paint on rear door. I went to dealer and showed them damage, they took pictures and said they would contact Ford. Six weeks later I called and they said it would not be covered as of Jan. 23. They sold me a vehicle knowing there was damage that wasn't covered. They didn't call me and let me know , over all felt cheated for buying a 35000 used car. Don't trust and will attempt to find legal recourse.
