Great experience. Knew pretty much exactly what we wanted, found it online and took a trip out to Kent to check it out in person. Sam greeted us quickly and set up a test drive. He fielded some of my more technical questions well and didn't pressure us into any sort of upsell direction, only explained our options. The whole process was very transparent and refreshingly straight forward.
