We purchased a 2021 Expedition Max in February and it was no question the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. I was looking all over the Puget Sound for a low-mileage Expedition Max in my price range and Bowen Scarff was one of the dealerships I called. Brandon Hopper was the associate who answered the phone and after our conversation, I decided to make the two and a half hour drive from Whidbey Island to look at the car. There were other options closer to home, but the other dealerships i called were either pushy or dismissive. Brandon was fantastic. He answered all of my questions, took hours with me to ensure I was satisfied, and even followed up after the purchase to make sure our family was taken care of. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I walked away with a very fair price on both my trade-in and the new Expedition.
