I had seen a mustang online when browsing for a car, and emailed the dealership asking for more information. Usually 50% of the time, I would receive no response. Not in this case. Jason Granstrand responded to me within minutes, and he answered all my questions about the car that I asked, in a very rapid manner. I explained my situation about where I was located, as I was about an hour and 30 minutes away from where the car was in Kent. Jason was very professional in our correspondence via email, and we setup a time on the weekend to see the car. After the test drive and a few other questions answered right away, I decided to buy the car, and the experience with Jason and his group at Bowen Scarff Ford was great! I arrived around 9:30 that morning, and was driving home in my new car around 1:00PM same day. The process was very easy and I was treated with professionalism throughout, thanks Jason!
