Joe Smith had great overall knowledge of the product and was laid back dealing with him . Other dealers did not get back to me in a timely manner and as a result lost a sale.

We went to Honda of Kirkland with a specific vehicle in mind. We were very fortunate to run into salesperson Joseph Murphy. He was extremely helpful; he immediately located the car and brought it to a convenient location near the showroom for us to look at. Joseph worked up the sales price and it was very reasonable. He and the dealership gave us some other cost breaks and an extension of the warranty. While there we were introduced to others (Jay, Justin in Finance, Justin in Sales) who were all very friendly. We made the deal and in just a few days we were able to pick up the car. It was a really nice touch that the dealership has a dedicated weather-protected set of bays just for the delivery. Joseph spent a great deal of time with us to show us the car's operation, and went out of his way to work on connecting our phone to the car. Altogether a great experience. And we love the HR-V!

The willingness to find the truck with the options was excellent. Chris Wallace work with long before I stepped on the Dealership property. That was great. The purchase process was "old school" haggling, which was disappointing.
