Excellent sales staff

My wife and I bought a new minivan from Boun at HoK. When we came in we set clear expectations on timeline and possible outcomes and Boun stayed extremely respectful. He gave us space and time to do our research before working with us to get an amazing deal on our van. One of the smoothest automotive transactions we have ever had. Highly recommend Boun for any potential Honda purchase!

Excellent car buying experiance

I purchased a New Honda Passport from Honda of Kirkland. This is our 4th Honda purchased from Honda of Kirkland. My experience with dealership has always been a positive one. Great experience

I bought a Honda CR-V from Honda of Kirkland. Cal Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and demonstrated many of the features during the test drive. Since I was using the Costco Auto Program, the negotiating process was a breeze. A few days after I bought the car, Android Auto stopped working. I called and talked to Cal about it. He didn't know the answer immediately, but was willing to either to come to my office with someone who did, or to stay late if I wanted to come to the dealership after work. I was able to fix it myself after some in-depth research online, but am very appreciative of his willingness to go the extra mile to help me.

Good car buying experience

I purchased a Honda Odyssey from Honda Kirkland. When I inquired for the quote online, Joseph Murphy went above and beyond to record a personalized video of the vehicle and also provided a competitive offer. When I visited the dealership Joseph and Jae Han helped me buy the car at a reasonable price. I liked the car buying experience at Honda Kirkland and will surely recommend this dealership to a friend.

Purcahse of new 2019 Honda HR-V EX-L

Our first ever visit with Honda of Kirkland and it went amazingly! We got our deal for a Honda HRV EX-L in no time and our sales Rep Mr. Jin Sato was happy to interact with and make the experience very nice. He did not try and sell us a more expensive car compared to what was suited for myself. It was very quick and no delaying and stalling.

Great communication, friendly and easy to work with!

I had been searching for an Escape for a few days and found it difficult to get a quick response back from other dealers. But once I message Jacqueline from Honda of Kirkland I got an instant reply back and had a showing setup within the hour. She listened to all of my needs and worries and was also extremely friendly to both me and my two boys 6yrs & 9yrs who were also with me. One thing to mention was that I wasn't buying a new car. It definitely wasn't there biggest sale of the day but they still made me feel just as important as if it was. The entire process from initial inquiry to driving off the lot with my new Escape was merely a few hours. My experience with her and also Justin in finance couldn't have been any better and I will continue to bring my future business back to them based on this single experience.

Best dealership with an awesome salesman

Went here at 4 pm looking for HRV or CRV. The salesman Joe smith greet me right at the door. He patiently show me all the option and also guide me thur this process. He show me plus and minus on every vehicle and show me which one is fit my need. This is not my first stop but surely I will be customer for live. The salesman Make me feel comfortable and make me car smart in short period time. If he can find me a perfect car He surely will find anyone car need. Most of all in and out fast which this is important not like other dealerships that playing price game. Last but not least Barbara Giley finance lady that help me with vehicles service contract she make the buying process running smooth.Thanks Honda Kirkland, Joe Smith, the manager (Jae), and Barbara that give me a great deal keep up the good work. This what all dealership should be !!

Honda Pilot LX -2019

Cal Scott and Justin Lee both helped us to make the decision and informed us about the best car to fit our needs. The Sale team took us twice to road test, which really made our mind that the Computer Vision system installed on the car are very useful for us, thing you can never know from the internet. We have been there twice for several hours with our kids and they really helped us and even showed the kids a tv show so we could concentrate during this time.
