Gursh Batth was my salesman. He is great.

Gursh helped me with a purchase of a 2019 Chevy Equinox. He did a great job. answered all my questions and followed up with phone calls and text messages for accessory purchases. Great experience. The music system plays HiRes music files. Sounds awesome.

Easy transaction!

We purchase a used Nissan Sentra for the grandmother from Josh. Josh help made the negotiation process with the managers easy and we closed on a deal quickly. Gave facilities 4*, they make used of the space. Small with some amenities, but good enough. Would recommend LJ Mazda!

Great experience

Having had negative car buying experiences in the past I was not looking forward to having to buy a new car. Irland, my salesman, was very relaxed and friendly from the start and remained so through out the experience which I’m grateful for! Johnathan, the finance manager, was so friendly as well with minimal pressure and a great sense of humor. These two seriously made the experience actually enjoyable!

New car purchase

I purchased a 2018 Mazda CX5 from Lee Johnson Mazda on Thursday 9/13. I have purchased many cars over the years,including several from Lee Johnson. The sales professional I worked with,Michael Hourigan ,took the process to a new level of excellence. He was very easy work with through out the transaction. The negotiation process was low pressure and transparent with a clear explanation of the charges. My partner recently purchased a car from Josh Wilson at Lee Johnson and he also provided the same type of excellent low pressure sales experience. This tells me that Lee Johnson has their act together on selling cars! What made my experience with Michael stand apart was the little things he did with out being asked. He took the initiative to change keys from the old to new car on my key ring, also ,after asking,moved my personal items from my trade in to the my new vehicle. During out conversation we chatted about dogs,imagine my delight when he gave me a toy to bring home to my Corgi! Thank you Michael from a truly memorable purchase experience !

Disappointed

I just bought a Nissan Pathfinder from Lee Johnson. I was not able to see the inside of the car because they could not find the keys. Two days later I came bye to purchase the vehicle and they still could not find the keys. I requested 2 sets of keys so they had one set made. The vehicle has remote start and the set they gave me did not have the remote start button. When I requested a second set, they responded they would try their hardest to find them but refused to get a set made. I was told they were out too much money from the deal they gave me so the keys would be to much to make. Definitely too much stress for a $38,000 transaction. I guess I'm off to Nissan to get a second set of correct keys made.

Thanks, Josh

Josh guided me through the process of buying a CX5. His knowledge of the car and the range of options was excellent and his patience was endless. He was really busy on a Saturday with a lot of customers but he gave me all the time I needed and provided all the information I asked for and a whole lot more. His professionalism was a real contrast with some sales people at rival dealerships.

Helpful with

A brief note to say thanks to Scott Trail and the Service Team at Lee Johnson Mazda for repair suggestions and support when I came in with a cracked windshield on my CX-5 caused by a rock while driving out at the coast. Scott gave me stellar recommendations for both repair and replacement of the windshield, depending on what I preferred to do. I ultimately had it replaced 2 weeks later from the reputable business that Scott suggested (with a new Mazda brand replacement windshield) and all is well again.

Hummer

Ford dealership (Harys ford ) sold me a lemon car . With Lee Johnson Mazda it was so nice to buy a car from them . It was so easy in a out super nice professional and not BS. Thank you josh Wilson my sale person.

Love my CX-5. Go see Mark!

I came in to lease a CX-5. Mark LoPriore helped me and answered all of my questions and taught me how to use all of the awesome stuff the car has to offer. My husband and I didn’t feel any pressure and we were in and out within two hours. Would definitely recommend Mark at Lee Johnson Mazda!
