My sales people were Edgar and Will.

My sales people were Edgar and Will. From the first phone call to the dealership, they were our stewards through the entire process. They were knowledgeable and helpful. They made my family and I feel like our time was valuable. They did their best to make the process efficient and worthwhile. All the staff there helped each other. It made buying a new car easy. I will recommend them to all our families and friends.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Tony-Thomas Rehn

It was an absolute pleasure working with Tony-Thomas Rehn and Tom Oh at Lee Johnson Mazda of Kirkland. They were respectful, kind, informative, and friendly. That's how I want to be treated when I'm shopping for a car. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a person and as a customer. There was no hard-selling, pressure tactics, or deception. Instead, they were open, honest, and patient. I love how all of the documents I wanted were already available for free online, which allowed me to view and copy them at home. I left the dealership with the pre-owned vehicle I wanted and at a price that made me happy. They were equally accommodating with my trade-in and made the process a breeze. Aziz Slassi was incredibly efficient and professional in the document-signing and financing segment. Frankly, I'm amazed that I actually enjoyed my used car buying experience; however, it would not have been possible without Tony-Thomas, Tom, and Aziz. It's unlike anything I experienced at other dealerships while searching for the car I ultimately purchased. I highly recommend Tony-Thomas Rehn, Tom Oh, and Aziz Slassi at Lee Johnson Mazda of Kirkland. I feel like I won the trifecta with that team.

I met with Kyle, who was extremely nice and not pushy at

I met with Kyle, who was extremely nice and not pushy at all. We test-drove a used vehicle, but unfortunately, it had a terrible smell. If the dealership had addressed this small detail, I likely would have made a purchase. Kyle was fantastic, though!

Hard-working, honest service department.

Hard-working, honest service department. We originally bought our Kia from down south, which includes all the free maintenance and services, but Lee Johnson is Honest, prompt very happy satisfied with our service. Even though we’re paying for it!

The service team at Lee Johnson Kia is superb.

The service team at Lee Johnson Kia is superb. Jim Mercier and his team of technicians were very professional and polite. They kept us informed and did exactly what needed to be done on our Kia Forte. Thank you so much and keep up the great work.

I have trust issues — BUT NEVER WHEN I GO TO LEE JOHNSON. They have the best pricing that I have found and always get me right in and out on time. I TOTALLY TRUST LEE JOHNSON FOR ANYTHING RELATED TO OUR VEHICLES!

Kenzie in service has been amazing both times I’ve had to

Kenzie in service has been amazing both times I’ve had to bring my CX-30 in. Took some time to figure out what the issue was but they never gave up. James, the Chevy Sales Manager covering for the Mazda manager followed up on 2 things that were missing from my car when I bought it back in April when no one else was. He got it done in a day.

James was excellent.

James was excellent. They stayed late to make sure that we made It due to traffic and the purchase process was incredibly easy. No Games or psychological torture being forced to sit in a lobby for hours, straight transaction good business process. Fast and friendly.
