The people at the dealership are awesome.
The people at the dealership are awesome. They actually make car buying simpler than most of my car buy experiences. Bottom line it’s not an all day rigmarole. I will continue to do business with Rairdon’s.

If you make an ‘appointment’, expect to be laughed at!
If you make an ‘appointment’, expect to be laughed at! I had an appointment scheduled for 10:00. They asked me if someone was picking me up. I was confused. I told her no because I had an appointment and expected work to start on my car at 10:00 and would wait. She said, “That isn’t how we work here” and that it would take 4-5 hours to complete the thirty minutes of work. How can this be “not how you work”? Perhaps they should look up the definition of “appointment” and use that definition to define “how you work”? Imagine if you made a dentist's appointment and when you arrive, you are told that you may be seen in 4-5 hours. This “we’ll get to it when we get to it” business practice is absurd. I tried to complain to the Manager, Kevin Graham, but he didn’t care and actually got angry at me for having the nerve to complain about his finely tuned process. Sad. Sad. Sad. As a general rule, don’t go anywhere that treats you with such disrespect. This has to be the worst service department there is and is managed by an ex used car salesman (picture greased back hair, chewing gum, etc.) who has zero customer service skills. The next Jeep dealer is pretty far away. The experience was so bad that I will never buy another Jeep again.

The car was in for a recall service. Was told car was to be done at 6pm. I was getting a ride by coworker who leaves at 4 like I do. They had the car ready when I showed up at 430 . Nice job

ref ro# 404367 tag#2693. 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon oil and filter change, tire rotation. Tire rotation was incomplete. Tires were switched front to back, each side but did not include the spare to be included. Since the wheels have tire pressure sensor/transmitters, I'm not sure the spare, original equipment mounted on the car, has this feature. And would the spare tire pressure sensor/transmitter connect to the new position on one of the wheel position. The car has 13,000 miles since new, no previous rotation, no significant wear and no damage, but it is best to have the wear equalized over the five tires. The maintenance representative said I should have requested the spare tire be incorporated in the rotation order. No comments at the time of drop off about this "necessary" request. Please advise.
