Run away from this dealer as fast as you can!

Run away from this dealer as fast as you can!! This dealer performed work under warranty that had a TSB out. They did not follow the parts list of the current TSB. They put in a remanufactured part instead of the new part that is now out due to continued issues with the original part. A Chrysler dealer should have the updated TSB and not follow old guidance! This is also the second time my parking brake has broken while in their shop. The first time the cable to my brake broke. They tried to charge me $1200 to fix it. I declined and went to another shop. Got it fixed for 1/10 of the cost as they were adding on extra parts that the private shops determined didn’t need fixing. Parking brake worked fine coming into the shop. Went to pick up the car this time and once again the parking brake is broken. The mechanic admitted that a spring broke - $10 part. Manager will take no responsibility and states that there are no broken parts. They disconnected my parking brake and sent me on my way saying that it is safe to drive…if I want to have them fix it, it will be the same $1200 fix. Only this time it is the opposite side. Remember, I never replaced the parts on the other side they insisted were broken last time but this time are fine. Seems like funny business. Never going back there to be scammed out of money!

A few months ago I took my 2016 RAM 6.

A few months ago I took my 2016 RAM 6.7 diesel into Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland to have the 4 wheel drive repaired under warranty. At first the dealer wanted to charge me $450 so I had them check the warranty status and the truck was still under warranty. They supposedly did the work and then tried to upsell me service for $2,400 – differential, transfer case fluid replacement, EGR filter and cleaning, which I declined. A couple months after having the ‘repair’ and the first time I drove the truck, my wife and I took an extended trip with our travel trailer, the primary use for the truck. The first time I tried to engage the 4-wheel drive it wouldn’t engage and I got the Service 4WD notification/warning light. Upon returning from the trip of 8 weeks I returned to Rairdon to get the problem rectified only to be told it was a “different’ problem/different trouble code and was not now covered under warranty. They refuse to consider that they hadn’t fixed the problem in the first place or that they had any obligation to stand by their ‘2 year warranty’ for the ‘repair’. I declined their offer to repair the truck a second time, and picked up my truck. Halfway home I notice that the access panel cover and another part were left on the front seat and floor. I now have to figure out how to install them. Final notes - the fluid replacements, differentials - front and back, transfer case, egr filter and cleaning I did myself - $350 MOPAR Factory part and fluids. The 'new' recommended repair is to replace the Axle Locker Actuator - Mopar (68216944AA) ($412.90 PLUS Labor and tax). American Axle & Manufacturing brand (US made) $156 free shipping. According to YouTube 4 bolts and 5 minutes to replace.

02/04/2020 I financed a vehicle from this dealership and I signed on the loans documents and to my noticed I asked for a paperwork that summarize the life time oil change that they said it comes free with the purchase of any vehicle in their dealership, without my consent they sneaked in so many added on on my loan file and this year my car was totaled out and payment was made fully to the credit union where it was financed from and upon asking for a review of summary of my loan for payment I found out that so many added on was added to my loan without a proper paper work explaining those extra add on,when I reached out to the finance manager at the location they gave me a sheet of paper of their unknown cancellation department and the contacts where not going through not until the 3rd week of trying to contact them to cancel all those additional adds ons on my loan that they made and up till now my case is yet to resolved and I’m not stopping here I would be going through this small claims court for these, this is a warning to the public stay away from this dealership they’re so sneaky

Was treated extremely poorly by sales staff. Dealership refused to stick with advertised price. Sales staff consistently tried to push more expensive, unwanted, items and constantly berated me (and told me I was not a real man) because I held to their advertised priced (that my wife had previously agreed to). I was lied to by service staff when taking vehicle in for first oil change. Rairdon's horror stories are common and I have friends who refuse to deal with them. If you are up for trying to get an advertised price be warned that every dirty sales trick will be thrown at you.

We brought the jeep in last year to have leaks repaired. Either they missed one intentionally, they did a poor job with the initial assessment, or are not honoring the warranty on the work. The value of the services provided does not match the cost of the work that need/needs to be done. We are taking our business elsewhere.
