Fast service

Had to conduct the one year maintenance. Service was fast and I was ready to go in less than one hour. Very convenient. I recommend this place.

Very Good! I have 2 cars, one was purchased at this location, however, I was disappointed with my last visit. Came in for specific problem, the tech recognized and not repaired. Leaving me in fear of driving my car. .

Chelsea, no, this is not the type of service I received in the past. I hoping it is a one time occurrence. My issue was a simple fix-took my car to a gas station mechanic to get back on the road.

Excellent emergency service

Two days before Christmas I found the battery dead in my Prius. I called Koons Arlington for someone to jump start the car, take it in to the shop, test and replace the battery, and return it to me. This was done with great efficiency and, despite a heavy work load, with speed. The car was back and running smoothly within six hours.

NOT RECOMMENDED

The used car we bought had about $1,200 worth of work that had to be done to get the car functioning properly. We had such a traumatic experience buying the car that we had NO confidence that Koons of Arlington would fix the car properly. I would never recommend Koons, particularly the Arlington location after our experience! The gentleman who was the financial manager absolutely ruined the car buying experience. He did not wear a mask at all. He made a comment about drinking at work. He asked us very personal questions, about our personal financial situations and us individually. He told us about his ex-wife and other personal matters that we never asked about. He would not listen, when we said that we did not want to finance through Koons or purchase any of the add-one. The manager belittled us and tried to pressure and intimidate us into making a decision that would be financially favorable for Koons. We repeated over and over that that was not what we wanted to do, and he would treat us like we were incompetent by continuing to explain in different ways the same offers which we had already understood. We told him we did indeed understand what he was saying, but he would say "No, you don't" - just because we did not want to go with his financing plans. He at one point told me " my 10-year-old son can do math too but he doesn't actually understand much." He continued to ask about our personal financial information which was absolutely inappropriate and none of his business. After he had backed us into a proverbial corner, and when we kept stating that we did not want to finance through Coons and wanted to pay and leave he then said " I live in the same country that you do, I know you can afford 20 extra dollars a month." After 2 1/2 hours, once he finally understood we were not going to be swayed, for how talkative he was at the beginning he completely iced us out and did not say a single word to us until he told us we can leave his office and go talk to the sales rep. We went out to talk to our sales rep, and the financial manager came out of his office and started talking about us to another representative- we were in the same room and could hear every word. After all of that, he did not even give us a receipt or the USB drive with all the paperwork he had said he would give to us. Again after all of that the car was making a noise less than 24 hours after purchasing and we were so traumatized and upset by our experience there that we didn't even come get it fixed at Koons for fear that it would not be fixed properly or we would be taken advantage of. I would not recommend Koons to ANYONE. Take your business elsewhere- somewhere that uses safe practices, is fair, equitable and transparent company and a location that does not use fear and intimidation to get money out of customers. I would like to note- we were two women going to go buy a car and our treatment there made it very clear that at Koons, it is OK to try to take financial advantage of two young women. STAY AWAY!!!

I felt listened to as a consumer, and not just another "deal".. Jeffrey Manderville provided excellent service, in guiding me through a very anxiety provoking experience. It was evident that the Koons team is a cohesive group of professionals who care about the ultimate satisfaction of their customers.

Good Car, Good Service

My Prius hatchback has been an excellent auto since I bought it in 2015, extremely quiet and fuel efficient. My regular service at Arlington Toyota has always fast and efficient and the staff is always pleasant to deal with. This year I enjoyed the extra convenience of pick up and delivery by dealer staff.

Service/ mehadi and service manager are rude

I was not greeted and when I did get help from the service rep. Mehadi he was rude and gave me attitude for no reason because I simply said I have a warranty on my service he said well you dont have an appointment which I did than he asked for my registration which i did provide also i asked him that i want to make a call to make sure i check on my warranty I step to the side that's when the service manager came and told him not to wait and he should take the next person I told him no worries. After i was done i waited for my turn that's when the service person took the people behind me and completely ignored me. I asked for the manager he came and didnt even acknowledged me or anything and immediately went to help someone else. It's the worst dealership and service is beyond sad they are very selective on who they want to help it have to do with your skin.

fantastic from start to finish

I purchased my new truck at Koons Arlington Toyota, and from the day I set foot in their dealership, I was impressed -- both with the overall experience of purchasing my truck, and with every maintenance service visit since then. It's important to mention that the first thing I liked about Koons was that they were the only Toyota dealership -- of the many I visited -- who weren't patronising towards me because I'm a female buying a truck. (For instance, they were the first dealership that didn't say something pathetic like, "Sooooo, what makes you think you need a truck?") Both my product specialist, Saeed Wehelie, and the general sales manager, Chris Kronzer, were delightful to deal with. they were knowledgeable and helpful, and they gave me a MUCH better trade-in deal on my old truck than I was offered at other dealerships. Because I bought a brand-new Toyota, obviously it has run like a champion for the two years I've owned it -- but my scheduled service appointments have been entirely pleasant and easy -- and I love-love-LOVE that valet concierge pickup and dropoff service. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Koons Arlington Toyota to anyone in the market for a vehicle -- you won't be disappointed.

Great experience

I haven't owned a car in 12 years, but with no school bus, I had to give in so I can get my kid to and from school. After looking at listings online, I identified a couple of leads, including one at Koons Arlington Toyota. Carlton Ray responded promptly to my initial inquiry and was friendly and helpful from start to finish. He answered all my questions and even came in on his day off for my test drive. No pressure or upselling, just good friendly customer service. Thanks!
