Horrible Customer Service
Came in the store in hopes to buy a used car. I asked for the sales person I spoke to on the phone (Micheal). Walked in and immediately talked about how he Has done research for me for a car we talked about from my last visit in. I proceeded to let him know this was our first encounter and I have never been here, he brushed it off and continued to address me as someone else. Seemed so disorganized and trying to do multiple things at once without any consideration for my time. When showing me the car, opened the trunk and was commenting on the space by saying I got plenty of space to put bodies in there and hide guns....what?? I took a mental note and proceeded to the test drive, I started asking specifics about the car, he didn’t know much of the information I was actually educating him on it. After finishing the drive told him to give me the numbers as I had more shipping to do. Michael followed up with me saying if I was still interested in the car, I said yes but will you be able to negotiate. He mentioned it’s already discounted, I said well where the negotiation.. he hung up on my ear! Look, it’s a dealership trying to sell cars and in my opinion a customer centric business; not any moment of my experience did it feel it was a customer centric service. The sales experience solidified for me that this dealership is after the bottom line than actually servicing your needs and having a mutual benefit in such transaction. I hope of you consider shopping here you don’t experience what I have and that you take your business elsewhere where you can be accommodated with professionalism and some level of decency. The one star I gave is for the new trainee that accompanied Micheal, he was nice and respectful.

Nice experience, salesman was polite and accommodating. Parking area needs some improvement because it is difficult to find a space or turn around. I almost drove away because there were no places to park. Also I am still not convinced I have received an additional $500 for my traid in value for my old car as it was advertised on koons website. Even after I have asked about it, manager elusively was saying "what $500? Oh, yes, yes it is all there" without showing anything to prove that claim.

Beware
My complaint is with the service department. I purchased the extended service contract after two years of Toyota Care ended on my Highlander. At each of the first two (of four) scheduled visits I was told there were extra maintenance items important to address that were not covered under the extended service contract. I declined some, but it is sometimes difficult to know (on the spot) about the importance of a particular repair. It seems like they are using my scheduled visits to up sell me on doing additional work. I complained to the service manager and general manager about my perception and got back little in the way of understanding. The general manager stated the mechanics would sometimes "point things out that could be done above and beyond the owner's manual requirements and you can decide if you want to do any of the options". Trouble is, the extra maintenance items were not presented as "things that could be done above and beyond the owners manual requirements". Buyer beware...

Great customer service
Oscar helped me by repairing my driver side window, which needed a new motor. He called me with updates and also helped me get a loaner car from the dealership. Overall, Oscar helped make the process very easy.

Fast service
Had to conduct the one year maintenance. Service was fast and I was ready to go in less than one hour. Very convenient. I recommend this place.

Very Good! I have 2 cars, one was purchased at this location, however, I was disappointed with my last visit. Came in for specific problem, the tech recognized and not repaired. Leaving me in fear of driving my car. .

Chelsea, no, this is not the type of service I received in the past. I hoping it is a one time occurrence. My issue was a simple fix-took my car to a gas station mechanic to get back on the road.
