Lexus of Seattle

Lexus of Seattle is number one in my book. They treat you with respect. Their facility is immaculate. The check-in process is quick, loaner cars are always available. If I choose to wait for the service to be completed, their waiting room is comfortable (just like waiting in your living room). Whenever I have my car serviced I feel like I am meeting up with friends. Great Dealership!!

This is our third purchase from Lexus of Seattle. Patrick is a wonderful salesman, he has been our salesman for all three purchases. He makes the process fun. The facility is very conducive to making you feel like you are important to them. They makes sure you are comfortable and provide a relaxing place to wait while your car is serviced. If we purchase another car in the future we will not hesitate to go back to Lexus of Seattle

Ken Balser was very helpful over the phone, and found out what we were looking for and what options we wanted on it. He had the car waiting in front of the dealership for us to test drive, and gave us a very fair deal. The finance department and the service department were also very friendly and helpful, and we highly recommend this dealership to our friends.l

This dealership sells quality products and has a very professional staff. We arrived 20 minutes before closing time and were greeted with a friendly smile and "how can I be of service to you"? Our sales associate (Pauline) stayed late that evening to take us for a test drive, even knowing we weren't buying that night. Her professional attitude and attention to detail when answering our questions was outstanding. I highly recommend this experience for any car buyer :)

My vehicle had been damaged when someone tried to break in. I was referred to the dealer and had a great experience. I was treated with courtesy at all times and the dealer's personnel showed respect for my time and needs. The loaner was an excellent vehicle and there was no hassle in obtaining it or returning. As for my car, the dealer noted a few other items that were needed and we had those done as well. When I picked up my car, I left with a cleaner car than the one I had brought in and one that I was confident has been well cared for.

Everyone was very prompt and helpful. Dealing with Kevin Murphy was wonderful! So personal and caring. I would call him again when help was needed.
