Amazing Customer Service!
I recently purchased a used 2008 Lexus Rx 350 at another (non-Lexus) dealership. There was still a recall out on it so I brought it in to Lexus of Seattle to have the recall worked. Also, one of my headlights had the condensation issue, which apparently was common on this model. The Lexus company has extended the warranty on the headlights, so it turns out mine were covered. Lexus of Seattle happily worked both of these items for me. Since the work would take > 2 hrs, the dealership offered me a loaner car. All of their loaner cars are nearly new, but the one we got was an IS 250 and was absolutely brand new (only 6 miles on the odometer)! Wow! When we got our car back, all the work was completed very satisfactorily. In addition, they performed a complete inspection of my car, which brings peace of mind and also gives an idea of what items may need addressing in the future. I highly recommend Lexus of Seattle service dept.

I would like to thanks Ken Balser for his attentiveness for all my request and honesty throughout the process. I've never imagined that I would get a salesman whose trustworthy and fair. The process was so simple and saved me a lot of time. If you are looking for a car definitely look for Ken Balser, great and honest guy. He made it fun and relaxing with no pressure at all.

Our First Lexus!
Dan Edland was our salesman while buying a new Lexus yesterday. He was friendly, polite and extremely well-informed on all aspects of the car. He answered all our questions in a thorough way and was a delight to work with. We also worked with Jennifer Duffy and Melissa Tracy. They were also professional and friendly. Melissa was so helpful in getting the technology explained to us. She was never frustrated-- even when we found the technology a little challenging! All in all this car buying experience was a delight! I can whole heartedly recommend Dan, the dealership and the other professionals who work there. A few months ago I was looking for a used car for my daughter and happened to find a few we were interested in on the Lexus of Seattle website. My daughter and I went to their location in Lynnwood and were walking through the used car section and we met a young sales person named Tamir Lehrer. He showed us the cars we were interested in and let us take a couple of them for test drives. We ended up buying one of the cars that afternoon - a '07 Honda Civic. I've purchased several cars since I started driving over 35 years ago and I can easily say this was the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I never felt pressured by Tamir or his sales manager or the finance person. The whole dealership was very hospitality minded: comfortable seating, fresh-baked cookies, an on-site barista to make us the coffee drinks of our choice, etc.

Just purchased NX 300 Hybrid
We just purchased a NX 300 Hybrid from Lexus of Seattle. Amir was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He took the time to go through every button so we could learn all the great systems this car has. He helped my husband surprise me with the 300H on Valentines Day! It arrived in our driveway with a huge red bow as my husband requested. He would highly recommend Lexus of Seattle to anyone. Thank you for a great experience and customer service!

Top Notch Dealership and a Great Sales Person
Just leased a new Lexus IS250 F Sport and worked with Dan Edland on the deal. I really appreciated how upfront everyone was throughout the negotiation process and we ended up on a deal I was very happy with. During the process, there was a mistake with one of the numbers in the dealerships favor, but Dan took the initiative to resolve the mistake without impacting my bottom line. I really appreciated Dan's efforts on that and I love my new Lexus!
