Chris Alder and the service technicians were all courteous and professional throughout the entire service process. I take great satisfaction knowing my Lexus is being serviced by people who care.

The experience felt like a bait and switch. The vehicle I had put the deposit on was not delivered with all the options that were on its original spec sheet. The options that were missing were supposed to be port/dealership installed but rather than having them already installed on the car at the time of delivery, the dealership wanted to sell them to me at 3X the original price. This has left a very bad taste and makes me question the integrity of this dealership and brand.

The staff have excellent customer service!! They are friendly and knowledgeable and answer all my questions.
