Lexus of Seattle was truly a breath of fresh air after

Lexus of Seattle was truly a breath of fresh air after having visited other Lexus dealerships in the state. The experience was phenomenal from the moment we stepped into the showroom?the best part was the people. Luck, our Sales Advisor, was informed, honest, caring, patient, and very flexible. When we walked in, we thought we would have to place a deposit to wait for the model we wanted to be allocated to Lexus of Seattle. Luck explained the benefits of buying a model from the lot and helped us with an unexpected trade-in to get a great deal on our new Lexus! We are very pleased with our Sales Advisor and Lexus of Seattle!

Had an excellent experience buying a used car here. I liked the thoroughness of data related to the car that was provided to me (carfax, monroney label, auto check and more), the pre sale services performed and report, the very reasonable pricing, and overall courtesy of the staff. All these things went a long way to build trust about how these guys do business and made it easy to commit to the purchase.

Christopher was so friendly, knowledgeable, nice, and no high pressure sales, which I truly appreciated. I detest car shopping and this was by far the most painless shopping experience I've ever had. As Christopher says, the cars sell themselves.

I spoke with Mike Dagdor a week prior to visiting the dealership for my test drive. I had some questions about the Camaro that Mike was able to answer the same day, which was the primary reason I scheduled the appointment. Having been in sales myself, I understand that follow-up is one of the most powerful tools in a salesman's toolbox, and Mike is an expert at following through. I bring my car to the Lexus dealership because I expect

I bring my car to the Lexus dealership because I expect to be told the truth and not be tricked into changing parts that don’t need to be replaced. The service tech wrote a recommendation for me to change the battery in my car at a cost of over $300. This was a recommendation made without even bothering to look at the battery. I had personally changed the battery out myself last year, which is why I knew that it was not in need of replacement. How many other parts have I been told that I need to change or replace, how many other parts will I be told I need to change or replace without bothering to even look at them first? This simple act has impacted my trust in this dealership.

Lexus makes the car buying experience easy. I wanted to test drive vice having a vehicle just delivered to my door. Lexus gives you the entire experience!

We did not have our checkbook with us, and could not get

We did not have our checkbook with us, and could not get ahold of the bank as it was a weekend. Mark, our salesman, came and met us at our son's soccer game in Bothell (at least 25-minute drive for him) to pick up the check from us. We were able to drive the car home without having paid the check first. In addition, we were able to get to the soccer game on time. This saved us a lot of driving and extra trips! Thank you, Mark!
