😑 I was so surprised cannot believe the retailer was so

😑 I was so surprised cannot believe the retailer was so work hard not because they wish to earn my business but they put their efforts into did me a favor by go behind in everything possibilities way they can to deal with most of the banks since I have a bad credit scores. In the end everything was awesome and wonderfully and I finally take what I was looking for. I recommend anyone with difficulty time and bad credit need to look into AutoNational Honda of Renton their staffs will work on your side to get your dream vehicle. I really appreciate and recommend to anyone go through difficult situation consider RENTON HOMDA FOR YOUR PERUSAL.

This location is closer to my home then where I purchased my vehicle from. Definitely appreciate the cleanliness and friendly staff..

Excellent Customer Services

I was very pleased with the service department at Honda of Renton! The check in process was easy, the service person clearly explained what to expect at my visit, and estimated the time that my car would be ready. In fact, the service went faster than anticipated. The service area was clean, coffee machine provided good quality coffee and there was plenty of socially distanced room to sit. All in all, a very pleasant experience!

I’m a girl so coming in to get my car serviced is always

I’m a girl so coming in to get my car serviced is always nerve wrecking. The two associates were so helpful in having me actually LEARN about what is wrong with my car. They also went above and beyond and let me use their I phone charger while I waited since my car was already getting serviced (yeah they were quick). Even though I was the last customer they still didn’t rush me out . I will be returning back to the same associates in the future and give them many more reviews!

Overall experience with the dealership as a whole was good... HOWEVER, what made it a 5+ ? experience was James Salinas, (salesman)...He is the ONLY reason I didn't walk away from the deal. I have NEVER had someone go above and beyond as this young man did! My Kia was stolen (thanks kiaboyz ?) and sadly was a total loss. I wasn't in a rush to get another vehicle at first, and then my living situation changed immediately and unexpectedly, so I started the search and as soon as I saw My Stella Rossa ?online I fell in love! (Stella because I'm getting my groove back and Rossa, because that means red in Italian- plus we're both Italiana soooo ??) James made sure she was in tip-top shape for me before I drove nearly 200 miles to pick her up... ? I had some concerns about her, once I met her (some cosmetic, wiper blades, and a sticky ignition, etc) he got me in a rental and held onto her until ALL of my concerns were addressed... ?and assured me that if there is an issue with the ignition sticking again in the future he would be sure I am taken care of... replaced wiper blades, replaced trim around tail light, replaced battery, gave her a good bath and filled her up!? She is an older lady, kinda like me... but we're both still seggsy and have a lot of life (and miles) left in us haha ? He even put a bow on her so I could take pics with her even though she's not new she is new to me ? James is a man of integrity (and no offense (or offense ?????) but in my experience, that is a rarity in this industry) He deserves a bonus, a raise, recognition, and praise!! ??
