Went to AutoNation Honda Renton for my Honda Fit 2016 for another oil change. Everyone in there was super friendly and helpful to me as always. Matthew, my service advisor, was extremely helpful and very nice to me from the past services I had with you guys. He is a superstar! My car is in great condition, thanks to him. They told me that if I have any problems with my car, please let them know asap. Highly recommended! Love love love it 😍

It is nice they offer discount for scheduling service on off peak time. The waiting area was quiet and clean with a coffee machine. However, with a scheduled appointment and not running behind day, it took 2 hours for oil change which I didn't expect. My schedule was messed up somehow.

The salesmen exuded an air of rudeness, displaying a disheartening lack of professionalism. Their demeanor made them seem unapproachable, creating a barrier between themselves and customers like me. I found myself waiting in the lobby for what felt like an eternity, glancing at the clock as the minutes dragged on. After what seemed like countless moments of silence and indifference, I finally mustered the courage to approach one of the staff members, practically having to flag them down just to get the assistance I desperately needed. The entire experience left me feeling overlooked and frustrated. Palpable barrier between themselves and customers like me. It was frustrating after the fact I signed the deal.

It was frustrating after the fact I signed the deal. They told us our charger will be shipped by next week since purchase was done. What then they said process is changed. I did what was asked and then they told me I have to place my order myself but I am getting no help. Everything they said before signing deal is changing in a way.

My service was on time. William answered all my car questions and the facility is spotless. I have been coming to this facility since I bought the car and I am never disappointed.

Amazing service.

Amazing service. Truly professional and knowledgeable sales team that are willing to work with you any way they can to help work through the buying process. They listen and made recommendation on various options to reach the end goal. I would buy another vehicle here!

Good deal on vehicle, got what I wanted for trade in, after being told by salesman they would pickup trade in at my house in Idaho they changed their minds after I was approved and told me sales manager wants to see the trade in first

He went out of his way to walk the lot to try to find something that would work for us which we are very appreciative of.
