Acura of Seattle is the best! Ask for Erwin!

I recently purchased a new Acura RDX from Erwin at Acura of Seattle. He was courteous, knowledgeable and gave the best service I have ever received at an auto dealership. He is not pushy and has thoughtful follow up! Thank you so much Acura of Seattle for making my car buying experience something I would recommend!

Full Detail Service For SUV and TRUCK

I had been there previously, I get them both done at the same time so I can use the free service loaner. They usually did them both for $199 each but they didn't tell me on the phone the Truck would be $75 more this time. I had just missed the Fathers day special of $139. No Senior or Military discounts either. Had I known I would not have done the Truck there. Ok jobs except they scrubbed too hard on my back carpet that wasn't even dirty and made it look stringy.

Wonderful people

This has got to be one of the best car dealerships I have ever worked with in my life. They are 100% committed to making the customer happy and they go above and beyond to do what it takes to get the deal right no matter what. Their follow up and customer service is beyond reproach. Great Customer Service

What I love most about these guys is that you never have to make an appointment for service work. I can stop in when I have time available, rather than going out of my way to meet an appointment time.

Good service

Acura of Seattle has been taking care of my 2006 RSX type S since I bought it there new. Service has always been excellent and with their specials, scheduled service has always been reasonable in price.

2004 TL AC Repair

The customer service and quality of repairs has been exception. Specifically Kristina Adams this time. I have owned 3 Acuras, 2 purchased from this dealership. The customer service at times is above and beyond, this time was no exception. I live 25 miles away and will continue to use them

Acura of Seattle

We bought an Acura MDX from Erwin. He is the best car salesman that we have ever had. Other than being helpful, understanding, and patient, he is also considerate, accommodating, and courteous. Unlike other salesmen we had in the past, he, after we told him our concerns and our bottom line, he did everything necessary to make our dream come true. He didn't play any games with us, he was honest, trustworthy, and straight-forward ( how rare in this line of work!). He delivered the car to our home, patiently explained various functions of the vehicle, and told us to call him any time we need. I hope his superiors are aware of what a valuable asset they have in Erwin! I will definitely recommend him to any friends of mine who need a car, used or new, and know for sure that they will be just as satisfied and grateful as we are to Erwin! When Erwin wins, we all WIN!

Excellent experience!

We leased a 2017 Acura TLX, we knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived to the dealership. Preston was quick to introduce himself, we told him what we were looking for, he didn't try to sway us or show us something different, took us for a test drive, sat us down and gave us two lease options, didn't pressure us either way. Very professional, fast, responsive, friendly and polite. Holly was awesome while signing the paperwork. Preston even offered to wash our other car that we drove to the dealership while we were waiting, a nice perk that we took him up on! Hands down the best car buying experience ever!
