Long distance purchase made easy.

Ames Giri did an excellent job of listening to our request and getting a deal done. Living 100 + miles from the dealership we wanted to come to an agreement prior to making a trip to finalize our purchase and Ames helped make that happen.

Anthony went beyond to meet our needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. Erwin was extremely helpful too. Both employees need to be recognized for their excellent service . It?s employees like them that contributes to the company?s success.

Fixed something before husband got wind of it

You guys are awesome! Scheduling was a breeze - got in the next day. Work was flawless. Hubby will never know I curbed the wheels.

They make you feel like family

I came in to purchase a new car and ended up with a lease. I was helped by Preston Clark and Ames Giri. They are the most personable, caring, professionals that you could ask for at a car dealership. They went above and beyond ...Preston made sure I understood my options and pointed me in the right direction. Also he went above and beyond by getting me some coffee and snacks!! Everyone there is great!! Ames is hilarious (expect to have a good experience and laugh with this guy!!). They introduced me to all of sales team as well as the service department. Even the manager?s are great! When you come to this dealership you are a part of the Acura of Seattle family and they treat you that way??

Great service!

Danny Simpson is my service rep & took great care of me today as he ALWAYS does. I remarked about how I liked his pen today and of course he then gave it to me. Because of Danny, I?m a customer for life.

2017 MDX advance package purchase

I have probably purchased 25 new cars in the last 44 years and I have never had a more knowledgeable salesperson. Walley Barnett is your guy if you want a polite smart young man who will spent as much time as it takes to ensure that you understand the complexities of these modern machines. We didn't do the standard turn here, turn there test drive, we sampled many different road conditions and at my request, Walley took the wheel to demonstrate some of the more complex features. When the time came to talk money, Walley respected the research I had done and worked with us to get a deal that really worked for us. Ryan, the F&I guy was great. Very professional and friendly as he walked us through the myriad documents now required to complete an automobile purchase.
