Work quality is professional and thorough. Service writer covers all warranty issues and explains work completed. Is quite busy at times, so don't expect drive up service.

Friendly & helpful service, took 20 minutes in line to start check in, price of repairs was higher than expected, staff was willing to work with me to prioritize repairs.

They did a good job with the oil change. I also bought my 2018 Jeep Renegade from them in January did an awesome job with that. However this time I didn't notice they were short-handed. They had one person doing the oil change and one person checking in and it was extremely busy. I hope they can hire more people or maybe it was just one of those days where people called in sick.
