They did a good job with the oil change.
They did a good job with the oil change. I also bought my 2018 Jeep Renegade from them in January did an awesome job with that. However this time I didn't notice they were short-handed. They had one person doing the oil change and one person checking in and it was extremely busy. I hope they can hire more people or maybe it was just one of those days where people called in sick.

I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I am a
I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman. The associate was nice but didn’t have a clear understanding of what I needed and couldn’t answer my questions. I parking lot was only way in and out and was dangerous.

Service is amazing!
Service is amazing! I have used this dealership multiple times for multiple vehicles, each time the advisors are attentive to my concerns. They communicate well about the issues with the vehicle and get them fixed in a timely manner when parts are not on back order (not dealers fault). I will continue to bring my vehicles here for service.

Great Staff.
Great Staff. The Lube Technician was very helpful and went out of his way to process my Jeep in the system. Everyone did a great job working on my Jeep changing the oil, etc. We even got free drink cards for my wife and I while we waited. Even though we had a lot done on my Jeep, the wait went quickly.

Oil change
It took a while, but they change the oil and they rotated my tires. Very happy.

Jeep Patriot Oil Change
I've been getting all of the routine service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot done here since I bought it new (from a different dealership in a distant city) and have never been disappointed. Staff have all been great and have never had any issues. Free coffee while waiting and a decent waiting room too. They even have a cell phone charger in the waiting room, which I had to make use of on my most recent visit.
