Great experience at Foothills Toyota
I had been contemplating a new Tacoma, as my 2004 had surpassed 200,000 miles. I did some research and finally made some inquiries with four different dealerships. After e-mails and texts, 3 of 4 sales people discontinued contact except for Stacey. I had my list of must haves and although I didn’t get them all, I still feel I came away with a truck I will love putting 200,000 miles on. Stacey was pleasant to work with and so appreciate she didn’t give up! I found Kurt to be very honest and personable. I felt very comfortable with both Stacey and Kurt. Thank you Foothills Toyota.

On time- additional services available while you were waiting for free Kept updated of progress. Kept informed of service and needs for future of car. The free car wash needs to be looked at- your machine doesn’t do a good job, had to redo one side and the back. Overall excellent customer service

Fast Excellent service
I didn't want to spend the entire day there. I was picked up at the Ferry by Brian and brought back to the dealership. Service was awesome. The guy LITERALLY runs everywhere. Thanks for a great experience.

Satisfied Overall
I had a great experience with this dealer, the associates were kind, attentive, and knowledgable. I mainly was helped by Alex onsite at the dealership but was also assisted by Stacey via email. Negotiations were quick and if they couldn't answer a question at the moment they looked it up for me. I went for a test drive with Alex and he showed me the relevant comparable features for the RAV4 and Adventure. Overall a good experience. They were also flexible when dealing with my Credit Union, which is how I financed my vehicle, I was able to put my cash downpayment first and have my credit union send a check for the remaining balance. I picked up my new car after they received the check. Alex once again came through with helping communicate between my credit union and Toyota's finance dept. One thing I must say I didn't like was that when I came to pick up my car the location where it was parked was very dark and it was hard to inspect. After taking it home, I noticed a stain on the passengers side seat that was not visible at the dealer. I also was not told of some features that were on the checklist they had me sign, I made sure they went over them with me before I signed but they should have done that without my prompting. After being sent a survey I realized that I should have been given more information on features of my car/Toyota care before I left the dealership. This was a bit disappointing but I'm not going to fuss as I can look it up on my own. Nonetheless, if its in a survey that I should have been told this y'all should probably mention it. Overall, my visit was good! I like the fact that no one talked down to me or were condescending which was my experience in other dealerships. (I am a woman) And that they didn't overly push for me to buy unnecessary add-ons or services. I will say though that the man I had in the finance dept. was a VERY good salesman! If I didn't know exactly what I wanted (that fit my needs) and been very firm on it he may have swayed me into extra Toyota care! Good for you! I would recommend this dealer to people!

they did everything that I had my concerns about and were very professional about it. Everyone was very friendly. I even saw Brett Lang and gave him a hug. WE LOVE OUR TACOMA !!!!!!

Scheduled Service
I forgot my appointment was for 0845 but i got there at 0800. Jessica told me they might have to wait till my scheduled appointment time and the wait time is 1hr from that time ()945). My service was completed on time and i was out by 0900. Jessica was on point.

Recall
I think the service center could benefit from a better check in system. Upon driving in, one is left wondering what to do next. The waiting room is great, the service advisor was good. Need a better check-in process.

Great Service
