Terrible follow up
Owens follow up was terrible. I completed the online application at 9 am, called 4-5 times throughout the day, and still no answer or return phone call at around 2:30. Absolutely terrible follow up regardless of how busy things get.

Had a warranty repair that was completed quickly
Really appreciate the excellent customer service! We had a rock scratch through the clear protection film and they took care of it. Our hood looks good as new again. Thanks everyone.

Excellent Customer Service
I brought my Lexus in as I had been advised from Les Schwab that there may be some issues with the transmission. It was my car but my sister was paying the bill. I was basically the liaison between Trevor Eaton and my sister when it came to getting information on the type of repairs and the cost . I was in a meeting all day, the day that the repairs were done. Trevor agreed to work with me by text. He answered every single text that I sent him (several) and also texted and called my sister as well and kept both of us in the loop. His patience, professionalism and obvious strong work ethic were impressive. I have been in customer service for over 35 years and I have very high standards. When I picked up my car and drove it home, the previous noises were gone and I felt confident that the repairs were done well. Trevor's customer service exceeded my expectations. Well done.

Danny Craven was very helpful in helping me understand the problem with my passenger side window. He also recommended brake pad replacement on the rear which I told him to go ahead with.

very accommodating
Took care of a software update on my Camry. We were a drop in and they accommodated us. Done in a timely manner. Thank you. I will say that the waiting area lack good magazines and no local paper which most agencies supply.

Best service lounge
It was a busy day in the Foothills Toyota service center, but it was quiet and functioning efficiently. I sat in the “quiet room” listening to music with ear buds, catching up on email. Fifty percent of my decision to buy a car at Foothills I Toyota was because of their service department and I have not been disappointed. RAV4 is an awesome car.

Professional and personable!
I had a good experience from the start. I went to see and test drive a specific used car. I was greeted by Kirk Spencer who was very kind and knowledgeable. My day was originally planned out for me to continue onto other car lots down the I-5. After the test drive I was more than interested in this car. I didn't need to go any further! As a woman shopping for cars, I never once felt disrespected or talked down too. From the sales staff including the Sales Manager and making the deal. There were no games. They heard me and worked out a great deal! Plus they stand behind their used cars too! The finance department was quick and organized! I dove off in my new car very Happy!!
