Puyallup Mazda

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! It is a very nice touch to have water, Diet Coke, and other drinks while waiting. The ice cold water is a great touch when you get back in your car!

Purchased my Mazda 6 from Milam in 2014 and have had it serviced there since without any issues and recently added a used 2015 CX5 which had originally been purchased there too. Wanted to add the factory roof rack system which Milam did today (7/5/18). They also checked the vehicle and suggested a new air filter and replacing several burned out lights which were also completed. I find their service to be a little slower in comparison to other facilities in which I have utilized (Toyota of Puyallup) but other than that had had positive experiences with purchasing and service.

We visited Milam Mazda searching for a new Mazda6. Our salesman was Alan. To our surprise it was a very low pressure dealership. Alan was knowledgeable and patient. We checked other dealers and eventually came back. We made a very good deal on a car. Alan continued to be informative and followed up after the sale. Recommended.

Everyone that I worked with was so helpful and nice. Tugs made the process super easy and pain free. I would come here for another Mazda in the future!

This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Alan took good care of us. He even took the time to give us tutorials before we drove off the lot. He has even helped me since we drove off the lot.

Had a great experience at Milam Mazda of Puyallup. Was greeted immediately by Alan who was able to guide us through all the various options without pressuring us. After a very easy-going tour and test drive he helped us narrow down our choice to a Mazda3 which we absolutely love. The staff at Milam were very accommodating and the whole process was easy and fast.

We recently purchased the first car for our daughter from Milam, and they couldn't have been more patient with us. Before purchasing the vehicle, Alan from the sales staff was very straightforward, and answered all my questions about the vehicle history, and condition. The finance department was also very helpful while we were deciding which purchase option worked best for us.

The service department got me back on the road in the time promised, washed my car and even left me a bottle of water! I had to bring my dog along and they were very accommodating.
