Bought a new CX-5

Tugs was awesome! I traded in an Explorer and got a new CX-5. He was friendly, and easy to deal with. Overall a positive experience.

New Purchase from Chris

Service Appointment

Amazing customer service. This was an extended service appointment and was offered a loaner car so that I could still run errands. All in all I have always experienced great service at this dealership

Part replacement

It took three times to get the correct analysis and installation of a seat latch that had broken. If a thorough review had been done the first time, the third visit would not have been needed. I am happy with the manner in which service worked with me to mitigate the impacts to me (I drove a long distance each time for the service). They were always polite and kept me advised of the status. The trips and having to wait 2-3 hours on the second and third visits were not what I expect from Milam Mazda based on past experience (which has always been outstanding). Price was fair.

New Purchase

Very polite. Regan was our primary salesman. If you want a decent price, you'll need to do your homework and be able to show them why. Bids from other dealerships will help start the bidding processing at a reasonable price.

Friendly and knowledgeable service department

Everyone in the service department is knowledgeable and friendly. They go the extra mile to get your vehicle done in a timely manner. They always make sure every visit exceeds your expectations. They don’t oversell on repairs and only recommend what needs to be done.
