Aron was the type of salesperson I like working with. He was there to answer our questions, gave us our space and time to look and talk, asked questions to better understand what we were looking for and what was important to us, and made suggestions. He did all this without being pushy or seem like he had to make the sale. We ended up buying something completely different than what we came in looking at. If he didn’t know an answer, he wouldn’t make something up, but rather he found the correct answer. Lastly, he communicated with us well. I will definitely be recommending him specifically to those I know who are in the market for a Ford.

Again, failure by the dealer, no communication. I understood that the truck was going to be on order, but also I worked that when the truck arrives, the dealer do all the extra work before I get the truck. I already made the first payment, no truck yet. Truck arrived last Friday, December 4th, and was told that I will get my truck by Tuesday, December 8th. Last communication was on Friday, December 4th and today, December 10th I still don't have the truck. What the xxxx? What else is going to happen with this Dealer? Why I keep getting screwed by the Dealer? Looking at the previous reviews, seems that I'm the one that's getting singled out. Why? With all the money I pay for my vehicles, I feel I'm getting treated like s**t.

Great staff. Fast. Trustworthy. You need to take off the 25 word minimum here though if you want to get a completed survey I imagine.

Sales people, finance, and other staff were very friendly and accommodating. We negotiated a deal that fit our needs and we are looking forward to a long relationship with Sunset Ford of Sumner. We would suggest more communication when circumstances change (such as covid-19 restrictions effecting service turn-around times) in order to keep us informed throughout the entire process for scheduling service. We could’ve picked up our vehicle sooner, rather than waiting 2 weeks after purchase. overall, we are very pleased. Thank you!

We did not expect to purchase a car that day but things just work out. Everyone we worked with was so nice. We were not push into getting a truck but we did. The best car buying experiences.

My wife and I had looked at a couple of dealerships with no luck , it was high mileage or no warranty at Sunset Ford we got the lifetime Powertrain warranty included . Great experience will but there again
