Honda of Fife

I walked in to look at a new HRV , and was shown the models and options. I was treated well as I decided to purchase a vehicle , and Michael Moore was great to work with.

Jeff was pleasant to talk with and very helpful in allaying my concern with the car. He even follows up on the parts ordered for my car which seems to have been forgotten, being over a week that it has been requested. Unlike the first 2 calls, I made before him where the person was not patient and cut my call when I was explaining the problem and the one who said straight up that she cannot help me with the voice message I received from Honda of Fife.

Tight car at a great price. I plan to add a lot of custom parts and visual effects. DJ went the extra mile to ensure my experience was done expeditiously as I was on a deadline to get back to Spokane in time for my baseball game.

Not only was my car serviced quickly and thoroughly but I also needed help with Bluetooth phone set up. They spent a lot of time helping me.

Service personnel were great and had my Honda back to me quickly. They cared and were funny. I wish it was not so costly, but it is what it is. My vehicle will continue to have all major services with Honda of Fife. I would love to see more coupons.

Always prompt and courteous. Never high pressure. I have recommended the dealership to several of my friends over the last three years. That's all for today.

I interacted with a few different employees and each interaction was wonderful there was not a moment that I was displeased and the waiting area cookies were the cherry on top! Also, they automatically scheduled me to have a loaner vehicle for my lengthy service without me asking which was GREAT! I wouldn’t have thought of that until last minute. One of the service guys even put my kids car seats back in my car while I held my baby, and he did such a good job with that!

Friendly, fast, accurate, helpful, knowledgeable, reasonably priced service . Just a simple oil change with 2 minor glitches that I wanted checked, along with new wipers. I was very pleased. Bought the car new here and would not have it serviced anywhere else.
