Oil change service

Everything was quick and easy going. price was right. I especially enjoyed the friendliness of the employees. They are straight forward with you as far as what is going on. Dont rey to sell you anything you dont need

Routine maintenance

Dani Jimenez handled my visit with focus and professionally. Things went as she stated and my wait was short. Would be better if there were more than three units in show room to look at. And I would like to be able to discuss new features on current models. It is very apparent that a short exchange with a salesperson will count as a"turn" . So I learn about info without ahuman being involved. Consequently my other car is a RAV.

Great and friendly service

Had a great experience a few days ago purchasing a new Honda Pilot. We had gone to several dealerships but after sitting down with Derek, we knew we wanted to buy from them. We had a hard time coming to agreement on the price, but they were patient and informative with us on the reasons why they couldn't meet our desired price. We came back a few days later and Derek was not there so we worked with Raj, who was also very helpful and friendly. We came to an agreement and bought the car. Raj blew up some balloons in the color of the country we immigrated from and wrote a special note to me and my family congratulating us. Jason in financing was also very good to work with and helped us understand all the paperwork, and was patient with me when I came in the next day to make a change to the service agreement. Overall great service. Compared to other places, these guys actually care about you and not just getting your business. Thanks Honda of Fife!

Sales rep was Rude and Arrogant

Rude and arrogant. I had couple of discussions over the phone regarding price and could not agree on a deal initially. Two weeks later they called me and asked me to come over because the difference in the price was very less. I had to drive 45 mins to reach them. They gave me completely different number saying it is the costco price. Since, i was not happen, i was ready to leave but went back asked for the costco price on a lower trim. Some other person came and was not talking nicely. When i mentioned that i had to drive

Bought a nice Odyssey, but got taken financially

The process made me want to leave but the Odyssey was so easy for my handicap wife to enter and exit. They took extreme advantage of the situation and soaked us for an extra $5,000 grand. Then this certified vehicle had a minor problem, been three years still not fixed. Service department has been great but also something will need to be replaced next visit...worry's me!

Accessorizing my 2015 Accord

Just got a newer Accord and wanted to add some factory options. I have been to the service dept. at Fife Honda a few times in the last 3 months to get factory accessories put on my car. Every time I go to the service dept. they are very friendly and very knowledgeable. I call to get a quote to add the accessory and they are cheaper then other Honda dealers in the area. Definitely will keep going back, with the knowledge the techs have, the quality of work and the pricing. Fife Honda is a great choice 😊
