Fantastic service. My dealer of choice thanks to Richard Blix. 👍. Very pro and friendly attitude. I’m cheap but I don’t sacrifice that for the quality service here. Service and sales people are no pressure and competent. Great location too. Been to 4 other Honda dealers with my 230k mile 2018 accord hybrid and this is the best

I brought my car in without an appointment because my battery went dead twice in one week. I had just bought the car about 2-3 months ago. I was able to wait while they checked it out and they gave me a new battery and a car wash! Great service.

Very disappointed in the time the service took and that parts weren’t ready for our vehicle model. That should have been verified when we made the apptmt (and we bought the vehicle at the location). Would not return for our upcoming next vehicle purchase.

Very poor experience. I am a professional woman interested in buying a car. I was systematically ignored and disregarded as the sales staff and even the manager directed all their discussion to my male companion. Although they used my salary and my credit rating to determine my eligibility for credit they ignored me and discussed me with my male companion as if I weren’t there. I finally just walked out. In addition to this sexist attitude, the staff also showed poor knowledge of their vehicles, of Honda programs, and of the laws and regulations relating to vehicle registration and taxes. I’d advise anyone, especially women, to avoid this dealership.
