Collin Goodman was my service advisor for the first time. .I thought he was upfront, sincere, and had the background knowledge of being a mechanic. Besides the 100K service he also helped me find a good deal on tires. Thank you! In the past I worked with Jeff Parks and am very sad of his untimely passing.

Kept me updated on my service. Appreciated the loaner vehicle. The service was thorough and the price was fair given the amount of work performed. I had a major service including valve adjustment, belt replacement, new belt tensioner, and brake pad replacement with rotors resurfaced and brake fluid flush. The total cost of the visit was about $1900. Very satisfied.

Had to have my 2008 van towed in from Ashford to Fife because it was leaking transmission fluid (smoking and stinking). The transmission had come on so we just parked it because we didn't have the money to fix it at that time. During this time the battery failed and had to be replaced so any codes that were displayed were erased. When we picked up the van they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it? Mind you, we live in Ashford and Fife is a 112 mile round trip! So far, we had to tow it in, drive back down to pick it up and return to Ashford. Guess what? We had to run to the SouthHill Multicare Emergency Clinic Friday night and by the time we got there the smoke was coming from under the hood and it was really stinking. Today I drove to the Post Office and by the time I got there smoke was coming from under the hood and it was putting up a stink. Just drove it 6 miles to the Ashford Post Office and by the time I got there it was smoking and stinking AGAIN! So far I have expended a lot of resources and my van is still leaking transmission fluid! I don't I'll bring it back. I am really dissatisfied.

Kamryn was friendly and attentive. She was willing to find the answer when she did not know it. She alerted me to a rebate offer on tires that that would benefit me.

The best experience ive ever had! I even got balloons!!! My past experiences in car buying was in desperate/challenging times and poor credit. Getting crap cars and stuck in bad loans. With no judgement, they got me into a car i wanted and at my price! The team really went to bat for me!

Kamryn is an outstanding customer rep. Her service was genuine and caring. She provided an honest assessment of a faulty battery and offered future service if battery resulted irregular.

Service was great. It was easy in and out. Did a good job with covid 19 restrictions. Pretty quick. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever.
