Our sales representative Daniel S was epic. My significant other and I explained to him what we were looking for (Qx60). Daniel S explained the difference about each Qx60's in great details, including interior and exterior coloring. He provided us with a tour of the exterior and interior of vehicle related its functions, prior to doing a test drive. He asked several times if we had any questions, and our feeling about the vehicle. Overall we are pleased with our new baby and will be returning for another baby with the help of Daniel S. Latoya was great.
Latoya was great. I’m still not sure why a fuel pump would go out on a brand new vehicle. Also, I’m being invoiced for $15 for gas. I feel the gas should be free considering I had to wait so long for my car.

I travelled all the way from Indy to this showroom based
I travelled all the way from Indy to this showroom based on the word that a salesperson said to me to purchase the infiniti QX 60 LUXE AWD as they are providing incentives/Loyalty program to buy the vehicle. I ensured with the salesperson whether i should quality for the promotion as i don't won any of the Nissan vehicle. And they confirmed and ensured that there are no more surprises, and everything is disclosed. Well based on that i travelled and after reaching there to my surprise there was a surprise on the promotion incentives that they have confirmed that they will provide/offer to me and now they are not as i don't own any Nissan vehicle so far. Instead, they offered to buy a Zguard/Lojack protection program at a higher price inorder to qualify for the loyalty incentives and also in order to compensate the total price of the vehicle. Also, another surprise on the APR, as i already have a preapproval for the vehicle dollar amount at an APR of certain % and when i mentioned the same thing they said they will match it or beat it. Exact same words... and i am ok as long as my APR stays same. Here comes another surprise and the APR they offered is way beyond my preapproved APR. They neither match it nor beat it. Again, they made a false statement or promises. But i finally got the car even though after all the surprises as i don't want to go back with an empty handed after 6hrs of travelling (back and forth). If they should have acted fair in communicating all the facts in first place itself, i shouldn't have travelled this long to get a car with higher APR when i actually own the vehicle at a minimum APR at my nearest dealer.
