Beginning of the sale process started off good.

Beginning of the sale process started off good. All down hill from there. Finance manager delayed the sale by trying to sell add-ons and then failed to mail the paperwork in a timely manner, disregarding my requested timeline to receive the vehicle. What was supposed to be a nice anniversary gift turned into an inconsiderate, non-apologetic delay of not only the gift but also delayed departure for our trip. Maybe they’re decent in person purchase? I wouldn’t recommend for purchase and delivery. They simply don’t seem to care once they have your commitment and money. I still have no idea what company is delivering the vehicle, when it will depart or when it will arrive. I’m truly sick to my stomach and feel like a sucker. As a salesperson myself, it’s also infuriating.

The dealership provided a clean, neat and comfortable

The dealership provided a clean, neat and comfortable atmosphere that allowed the way for a great car buying experience. I felt recognized and respected. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the customer service was superb. The vehicle selection was great and although I did not get the AWD vehicle that I initially selected, I was still very pleased with my purchase.

The technican that did my oil change failed to secure the

The technican that did my oil change failed to secure the cover under my engine my wife drove the car home. The noise was very scared. Thanks to Christine for her help She sent a technican to my house and he was able to reattach the engine cover. She offered a free oil change the next time I return. I appreciate her concern

The Service Department is really good!

The Service Department is really good! I had my vehicle in for an oil change and they do the overall inspection to notify me of anything else that is needed to keep my 2021 QX80 running in Top condition since I travel a lot. Thank you to Christine and Mike. Your the Best
