My Mazda needed a repair, they did it my car is go to go they were polite and kind, helpful and professional. We will be back as customers. I had a loaner the loaner was nice and well kept.

I have always been treated well at this dealership. Glenn was very kind to me. Kept me informed on what needed to be do e to my car and he researched the insurance coverages I had to keep my price as low as possible.

Had an appt for oil change and rotation and had to wait

Had an appt for oil change and rotation and had to wait 3hrs, and no rotation was performed. Advisor didn't mention was what was found on my vehicle that needed attention

I have had two scheduled appointments where I have been

I have had two scheduled appointments where I have been waiting at the dealership for two hours when a representative comes and tells me they don’t have the part and I will need to come back at a later date They were not prepared or organized and they made me waste my time , energy and money. I enjoy the representatives in the service department. They are nice and are professional but my two bad experiences are not an acceptable way to run a department/dealership.

Tony was great with the help in the service section, Dave my my regular service guy was great also! He was tied up another customer so he asked to help me out! Great Service Team at Yakima Toyota!

I took my 2023 Toyota Tacoma in for servicing. This was my first of two servicing that were included when I purchased the truck. I thought they did a good job, and everyone i worked with was friendly and professional.
