Service was quick even though they told me originally it would be longer.

Wonderful Saleslady., Catrina Olson

The young woman who really sold me the car was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and most of all, not pushy. She obviously likes working at Larry Miller Honda and will go far. I would have given 5's, but the wait for the financial person was very long, 1-2 hours just to see him. Not his fault, thee were 2 other people ahead.

Bought used vehicle

Bought a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Bud from sales was terrific. I bought this over the internet from Arizona. Bud went out of his way to send tons of pictures, answer all my questions and made available maintenance records. This was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend Bud Sebens from Larry H. Miller Honda downtown Spokane,WA. He even had my airplane ticket refunded. Great deal. Thanks Bud!

Honda Service Ratings and Communications

Great service for a routine service. I was aware of what was going to be done. Only thing I would suggest is that the service writer should tell the customer what the service is going to cost. Of course I could have asked but it was really a moot point (in my case) because the service needed to be done. Also, I not sure about the way Honda rates their dealers. I was told that any review less than Excellent is considered a failure. This causes the dealer to be very concerned about the rating. The service folks made it really clear this was a big deal for them not to get an excellent rating. It also means lots of extra communications. I received two emails from the dealer about the quality of the service plus a phone call asking if the service ratings was explained to me. And then, this one. Really? Just for a routine service? It's better than not caring about the quality of the service but having to deal with four communications is a bit much for me.

Honda Pilot Purchase

Howard Barry and Sean Perry were great in the buying process and are great assets to the company. Howard Barry needs a raise for his tenure and no-nonsense approach.

The shuttle service was excellent and timely.

I always have good results when having my Honda Civic serviced at Larry H. Miller Honda. This experience was no different. The brake work only took a few hours to complete. I utilized the shuttle service both to return home after delivering my car and to be picked up from home when the brake work had been completed. The service representative called me promptly when the car was ready to be picked up. My wife and I have only one car, so these services are most appreciated.

Service provided by Larry H. Miller Honda in Spoka

Your records were great on the history of my car which met it cost me a lot less to have you service my Acura MDX. Thank you very much. The Customer service gentleman new how to navigate around in your computer records and was quickly able to tell me when the server for a number of things on the car were done so we were quickly able to decide what areas should be focus on this time when I brought the car in for service. Hats off to all you staff on top quality work. Big Plus the Customer service gentleman was able to update your computer records to have my email address put in and remove my wife email address that some how was linked to my car. That had been a sore spot for me the last 6 year. Please give that guy a raise.

Short but sweet!

The Service Writer took our car right in, and before we knew it it was done! The only advice I could give is give Colville residents wiper fluid with antifreeze year round!

Another pleasant and easy service experience...

Brad could not have been more courteous or helpful. He called twice to update me on the status of the service and repair work on my Honda CR-V. My car was ready an hour before expected, with all work completed. The shuttle drivers were also pleasant and professional, and had me to and from work quickly and easily around my service appointment. Larry H. Miller Honda makes all of the service visits for my car pleasant and easy experiences, for which I am grateful.
