My first time stopping in to get an oil change for my

My first time stopping in to get an oil change for my Acura TLX that I had purchased earlier this year from Acura AutoNation. They made the trip as stress free, listened to my concerns and even washed my car for me! I believe it was Tony Morris who helped me! (I'm horrible with names but I happened to grab a card on my way out.)

The customer service Tony Morris has given us each time we've brought our Acura cars in has been exceptional. He is kind and considerate of our time and makes sure our cars are safe and operating optimally. Acura AutoNation is very fortunate to have him in their employment.

I made an appointment for oil change for my Acura RDX

I made an appointment for oil change for my Acura RDX with AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley. The front desk lady told me the cost was $79.95 for up to 5 quarts synthetic oil. But when I got my oil changed, the technician told me that the cost would be 89.95, $10 more than it was quoted. I had no choice but paid the invoice. I felt being cheated and very unhappy of what being told was not the actual charge. They should told me upfront the actual charge before I made the appointment. Being not honest had turned me off!

Stellar customer service

Shout out to Tony Morris for taking time to explain the service needed on my 2017 RDX, showing me how to start my car when the key fob battery is low or dead, and returning my car to me after service was completed clean and like new. He was professional, informative, and courteous. Much appreciated! And a big thank you to Reiko Johnson who sold me on this great pre-owned certified Acura -- easiest auto purchase process ever -- and follows up with me regularly to make sure I'm still happy with it! I love the personal service at AutoNation Acura in Spokane Valley!

Great people!

Bought a 2015 F-150 from AutoNation Acura in Spokane Valley, WA. The sales personnel was pleasant and no undue pressure! Thanks especially to Phebe who helped us finalize the purchase. And I have to note that when I went back in (for expected service) I was greeted BY NAME and made to feel that I was a VIP.
