AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley

I was very pleased with the Toyota AutoNation service center. They were on time, courteous, and very helpful in showing me a couple of features on my car. They rotated my tires in a timely fashion, and I was good to go. I am very impressed with the service managers and their knowledge of their cars.

I worked with Ryan in purchasing the car. I do not live in Spokane, yet he made the whole process easy and seemed almost as excited as I was for me too get a 4Runner. I got to work with John for the financing, another great experience. He made the process as painless as it could be

Payed for tires to be rotated and they didn’t Just go the run around and no refund Also they don’t give military discounts any longer

I had made an appointment weeks in advance. My appt time was at 9:30. I was in for an oil change only. I had to sit in waiting room for 3 hours waiting for an oil change. Completely unacceptable. Very disappointed.

Dave my favorite service person met me at the door. But today I was working with Jeff. Jeff checked me in and started the work. The service took exactly how long he said it would.

We were very happy with AutoNation Toyota in Spokane. My favorite part was the low prices and no pressure, friendly sales. The only downside was waiting several hours “in line” for our turn with the financial department to finish the paperwork process. Once it was our turn, it all went very quickly. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend them to others.

As with many other people I was interested in purchasing a new Toyota Tacoma. With today’s shortage on new cars and trucks it would be a nearly impossible task. My salesperson Jimmy Hansen accepted the challenge and found a truck that fit the bill perfectly! Jimmy made sure I was kept informed every step of the way, contacting me throughout the entire process. Once my new Tacoma arrived he made sure it was exactly what I wanted and helped me get a great trade in on my 2017 Corolla. Great job Jimmy! I would also like to thank Bob Bittinger for helping me place the order on my new Tacoma and Shawn Duncan making getting all the purchase paperwork including my extended warranty handled quickly and completely. This is my family’s 5th vehicle transaction with AutoNation Toyota Spokane and I highly recommend them to all our friends and family.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Autonation Toyota. 1 pre owned and one new. Normaly buying cars is not a pleasant experience due to the games that are played. But autonation kept the games to a minimum and I drove off with no buyers remorse. This will keep me coming back. Only had one service so far, very professional.

Matt and Dave r great service men plus u need more help so not so overwhelmed

Discussed purchase online and phone. Went to dealership and finished the process for ordering specific vehicle. Easy, and only took approx 6 weeks to receive. Delivery day was uneventful and exact vehicle was there. Trade in values were in my favor.
