AutoNation Toyota Spokane Valley

I've always had good luck with Toyota dealerships but I must say that Autonation of Toyota Spokane Valley has far exceeded my expectations! My 2021 Toyota Tundra 1794 is my third vehicle from them and our 7th Toyota overall. When I take my vehicle in to them for service it's always done correctly and quickly, never once have I felt like I was being cheated or scammed. The salesmen and whole sales team have been awesome to work with! And I've always had positive interaction with the service department. Theirs is a competitive profession and even when I've gone in there and they have probably had a tough day they still have a smile and are extremely friendly and talk to you like a human being. When I bought my first Tundra thru them my wife was so happy about the experience that 4 months later she bought a new camery from them. A couple of years later not only did they give me top dollar on my Tundra but bent over backwards to get me in my new truck. Thanks guys I do love my truck. So way I see it they are a very valuable member of the business community, keep up the great work guys!

Great staff and sales reps. But very dishonest about the trade in value of your car. They offer the lowest but expect you to buy at the highest. Great car I’m happy but wish I would have never traded my car I owned out right. I wouldn’t again and have spoke to all people who ask me about my nice new camary and where I got it at.

When I visit, the waiting area is always clean and well organized. Service staff always informative and friendly.

My appointment was a 8 a.m. 3/17/22. I arrived five minutes before 8a.m. At about 9:20 a.m. I was advised that I needed new window wipers front and rear on my Rave 4. I left Auto Nation at 9:55 a.m. I think 1 hour and 55 minutes is too long for an oil change and wipers replacement. I was also told that I needed to change out my front and rear differential fluids for a total nearing $300 total. That I passed on as at only 68,000 miles (+/-) I have never, ever had to replace my differential fluids at that low mileage. I think that next time I need to get an oil change I will shop around. $120.61 is a bit high for these services. The staff was very nice and I have no complaint about any person I dealt with.

AutoNation Toyota has always done a great job on my vehicles. They do services in a timely manner and are very professional.

Everyone was very professional and courteous unlike the Autonation Toyota dealership in Las Vegas where all they wanted to do was to screw you out of as much money as possible!
