I came in for the 130,000 mile service. I was previously...

I came in for the 130,000 mile service. I was previously there for 125,000 service. You all had a special going on for $17.95 for oil change etc. I don't understand why I have an oil change and an alignment and get charged $180+ including taxes, etc. Why can't I get the oil change special and then you add the alignment charges to that? This is why I didn't bring my car there for service for over a year and went elsewhere. The only reason why I came back was because you sent me a coupon book to use which made the service much more reasonable and not so gouging prices. Look up my records and you'll see I did not bring my car in for many months for service. I told you I purchase my tires at Costco and didn't need the rotation of my tires or balancing and that only took $20 some dollars off my pre-set price. Then you recommend I get 4 new tires with my next service.......I don't think so. Carolyn Zimmer

A very unfortunate experience to say the least. Eric did...

A very unfortunate experience to say the least. Eric did not know the specifics of the car and instructed me to go check the vehicle myself. The car had considerable damage from an accident. This damage was not noted on the CARFAX. The bumper was cracked all the way through,, and the trunk was bent inwards. I questioned the damage. Eric gave me a reply "how old is that vehicle again" I said 9 years. He stated "that's what I thought". I was greeted with a sense of arrogance that I have never experienced. The online price was 1100 more than the KBB excellent retail price. I attempted to negotiate the price, I Was met with anger and a very short fuse. I was basicaly told to leave, when I ask to speak with the owner I was told to call the store and ask for it. I have purchased over 10 vehicals in my life and this was by far the worst customer service from the top down. I dealt with Mark Duvall on a previous new vehicle (Camry) and he was the utmost professional, so this came as a complete surprise with Eric Eichelberger.

We have been looking for a new Toyota Highlander for some...

We have been looking for a new Toyota Highlander for some time now, and have been to several different dealerships. We recieved a call from Luis Vivas at Younger Toyota,and he suggested we come in and talk to him about our needs. After realizing that the new cars were probably out of our price range, Luis very graciously suggested a pre-owned vehicle for us. It was exactly what we were looking for, and he was so helpful in matching us up with our new car. Thank-You Luis for making our day!

Mara Myers was an amazing car dealer. She showed us all...

Mara Myers was an amazing car dealer. She showed us all the vehicles on the lot that we saw as interesting. She showed us around the building to the repair shop, the waiting areas, and of course for me being a pregnant woman, the bathroom. LOL She told us about the Toyota care package and that was one thing that spiked our interest in buying the car is how we would be taken care of for our oil changes and would be treated in a timely and respectable manner. She was an amazing dealer, we really loved working with her.

We were very pleased with out visit and experience at Younger Toyota. The Scion that we purchased was for our son, the Younger Staff were very helpful and friendly. The dealership is beautiful, I actually am looking forward to taking it in for service. Great Job guys!!! The welch Family

I spoke to Jill ( Customer Care ) at approx. 9:00 am...

I spoke to Jill ( Customer Care ) at approx. 9:00 am yesterday morning. I indicated to her I was going to buy a vehicle today ( Monday 9/19/11 ) She asked all of the correct questions and said she would get back to me. After two or three follow up calls, she called me back ( As I was on my way to a Ford dealership to purchase a new Ranger. ) After her last call, my wife and I did a "U" turn and headed to Younger Toyota. When we approached the door, a young man asked if he could assist. I told him my name and before I could tell him why I was there, he said "Oh, Mr. Richardson, you are on our list and we are waiting for you. As we entered your shwroom, I instantly noticed how clean and well organized everything was. We were introduced to Jill. She was every bit as pleasant in person, as she was over the phone. Professinal, as well as personable, it gets no better! She informed us that someone was trying to locate a vehicle for us and she would keep us informed. At this point we met Mr. Paul Foltz. While we waited for word about the location of a vehicle, he explained not only the high points of Younger Toyota, but gave me any and all info I needed about the new Tacomas. His knowledge of the vehicle was perfect. But better than that, he presented Toyota, the Younder Dealership and himself, in a way that would make it hard for someone, not to pay attention, not to understand anyting he was conveying and not to buy. I love to see folks that care about their profession and the companmy that has hired them. Mr. Foltz is a star. As I walked around waiting for my truck arrival, numerous other sales folks approached me to ask if they could be of assistance. Even after I indicated that I had already been helped, they offered info about your product and your dealership. Again.....In a most pleasant professional manner. I am horrible with names, I apologize, but your lady in finance is another staff superstar, smiling, cordial and infomative. Another pleasure. My experience yesterday was one of a kind. I stared with a need, that I knew could be fullfilled. But I never believed it would be accomplished with NO heartburn or drama. Youger Toyota proved me wrong. Again, please except my sincere thanks. If every company I dealt with ( Personnaly, as well as professionally ) was one half as good as Younger Toyota, the world would be a happier place. Many Thanks Again, Les Richardson

I took my truck to Younger because my chrome on the truck...

I took my truck to Younger because my chrome on the truck was tarnished. I bought the truck from Younger with the chrome already on the truck but they would not do anything for me. They said it could not be covered under my warranty because it was an aftermarket product. If it is an aftermarket product why was it on the truck when I purchased the vehicle. If I have a bumper to bumper waranty shouldn't everything be covered? The only option they gave me was that they would take the chrome of and charge me for the maintanence. I don't understand why I should have to pay for something that I paid extra money for in the first place. Usually I have had exceptional service at Younger but I was very disappointed this time.

The service department is always helpful and friendly. They take their time to explain what needs to be done and why, so it is easy to understand. The waiting area is comfortable and clean.

Always greeted with a smile from the time I walk into the dealership until the time I leave. Bill Merriman in Toyota Service does a great job. Iam a longtime Younger Toyota customer, the great customer service from all the staff keeps me coming back. Keep up the great customer service!! :)

I am very please withTeresa Harbaugh, she took me...

I am very please withTeresa Harbaugh, she took me immediately, very friendly and little wait time. Even I only got an oil changes and tire rotation, their quality of work is alway superior. I will recommended Younger over other dealer because of their great services and their program Younger for Life.
