I called for a timing belt, water pump and oil change for...

I called for a timing belt, water pump and oil change for my 2001 4Runner with 231,000 miles on it. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the person I spoke with assured me I could get a shuttle back home with the work was done. When I dropped off my vehicle, it was super easy checking in and catching the shuttle. Dan spoke with my twice during the day to give me updates and recommend some more work after the inspection was done. With the price quote he gave me, I authorized a gear oil change and cleaning the fuel injectors. Carol called me to schedule a pick-up with the shuttle to make sure I got a ride before she left work. Billy went over my bill thoroughly (since Dan had to leave early) and checked me out quickly. I am very pleased with the service I received for my vehicle baby (the Boxermobile) and felt the price was very reasonable. (It was still less than 2 payments from 5 years ago when I had a loan.) :-) Thanks for the excellent service and looking forward to driving my Boxermobile for another year at least!

We decided to trade in my husband's 2011 tundra for a new car for me. It was purely an economic decision as my husband loved the truck. Jonathan sold us the truck so went back to him for this car. He gave me pros and cons for the cars I was considering and had me test drive a few. I left with a totally different vehicle than what I thought I wanted. And that's a good thing!

We went to Younger Toyota service because of a recurring...

We went to Younger Toyota service because of a recurring problem with an Avalon that was purchased at Shaffer Toyota in Cumberland, MD. This dealership no longer exists, so we had to find a new dealer to perform service. The problem was with the electronic door locks, and had started while the car was under warranty. Rhonda Stambaugh was extremely helpful and nice to us, and the problem was solved. Not only was the service performed at no cost to us, but a rental car was provided while the repair was made. We will return to Younger Toyota when we are ready to purchase a new Avalon, and will recommend this dealership to anyone, particularly former Shaffer Toyota customers in the Cumberland area who are looking for a place to purchase a Toyota.

I am very happy with the staff at Younger Toyota. They were very professional, friendly and helpful. The price was negotiated, trade negotiated, financing processed, new car delivered, and on my way happy in under 4 hours. If you count the fact that I was able to locate the vehicle with the color and options I wanted on the dealer website the night before, the whole process was less than 24 hours. Purchasing a new car is a large committment, but shouldn't be a headache. The dealership staff control the experience and I learned that it was well worth the 96 miles I drove to Younger. Thank you for a great vehicle and a great experience. 2012 Toyota Sequoia Platinum

Mara was very helpful, along with the staff. Cheryl works with getting all the paper work done and helping you understand all of the in's and out's of purchasing a car. I would highly refer any one that was buying a new car for the first time or any one that would be purchasing a car to go to Younger Toyota for the best value. Thank-you

My salesman was very helpful and knowledgable with the details on the new Tundra. He gave my wife and myself a tour of the faculity so we will know exactly where the service dept. is when we come in. We love the waiting lounge where we will wait for our truck to be serviced. Everyone we walked past said "hello" like they knew us personally.

When I arrived at the service area I was welcomed by a friendly greeter who directed me to the desk of the service writer. When I had made the appt. I had talked with Jason Neiderer about he individual situation related to my car. The car has low mileage (@29,000) but is about six years old. Thus, the routinely state recommendations do not always fit the needs of the car at any given time. When I spoke with Jason, in person at his desk, he was able to review the car's past service record and make recommendations. As the car was being serviced it was found that several other areas needed to be addressed and they became part of the treatment plan. All of the projected charges were made known to me and all services that were recommended were approved by me for completion. The print-out that I received was very helpful. When my car was finished Jason directed me to the car. While at the service waiting room area I was able to enjoy the "tasty goodies' provided there by the dealership. - Alice S.
