    We knew the model we wanted when we decided it was time to give up our 4-wheel drive truck. Our last stop was at Kendall Toyota. Our sales consultant was Alexander Mora, he was so helpful, showed us a Fav4, it happened to be everything we had wanted. He spent a lot of time with us, answered all our questions. Did not pressure us. Just made the buying process very pleasant.Thank you, Alex

    On 4/17 I came by a day early to coordinate an appointment for the 30,000 mile servicing of a vehicle I purchased here. I had an appointment made at 7am on 4/18 and told to arrive early due to tire change season, and that it would take 35 minutes. I was second in line and checked in at 07:09. At 08:00 I was still waiting and asked the attendant for a status. He informed me it had just been lifted and they were starting on it. At 09:00 it was still not done. At 09:15 they said it was complete. When I got to my car the tire pressure hazard light was on requiring me to go back in and ask them to resolve the issue. They came out and reset the light. On 4/22 I backed my car out of the garage to see a large oil stain on the ground. I looked under my car and also observed a plastic panel hanging low in the back of the car. I brought the vehicle back and they replaced the gasket in the oil tank free of charge, but said it was likely snow that caused the panel to fall (it has not snowed between 4/18 and 4/22). For a vehicle that I purchased here, the service and quality of work has gone downhill fast. Having additional steps of non-value added time wasted for hazard lights or elements not done right the first time are a frustrating inconvenience when compounded with panels that need to be replaced due to non-existent snow in the 4 days since poor service was done.

    Went into the dealership looking for a car for my grandson. Talked to a young kid that was fairly nice. He showed me a few in my range. We sat down because I was tired and were talking. The "sales manager " Jason showed up and it went downhill. He told me how he'd been there 20 years and how since he was promoted the dealership was 10 times better. He was basically a one man show with helpers. He was condescending, arrogant and not a very good impression of a manager. Naturally I left without purchasing.

    I went to finance department to get a service cancelled. I was told to wait a few weeks to get the amount to the lien holder of the car. I went in to check back on it a few weeks later and spoke with Phillip. He stated he would look into it for me. He told me on the 9th of January that it should be out in the next few days and call my back. I received a letter in the mail stating a check was made out to my bank. Letter was dated the 6th of January. It was not stamped until the 10th of January! I kept calling my bank to see if they received anything yet. Still nothing. I called Melissa and she stated that my bank should have received the check by then and they were probably sitting on it somewhere. She stated she would give me a call the following day. I still did not hear anything from her. No answer when I attempt to call her office. Both Phillip and Melissa have spoken to me as though I have not tried contracting my bank.

    First foreign car i have ever own, Rav 4. had pull the report on car fax and the Rav was pursued from Kendall and had some recall that need fix. was also going to get a new transmission filter and the deferential fluid replace (500 dollar quot) stop by the Dealer and they had the parts in stock, set up appointment for 10-20 @ 9:20 AM, did not hear from them so i called they had lost my paper work and lost my KEY to my Rav4 ... they try to bloow me off with this and that, Andre said that this is the first time they had seen that VIN number had be to there shop Car fax said that the Rav4 was pursued from them and that they had done service on the Rav4 they did give me a free oil change (had ask them not to had just did one and used Mobil 1 with filter)... They had one change to make me customer and they could not have done a worst job... i will be doing the rule of ten about my experience at the KENDALL dealer ship P.S they found my key will not be going back there

    Bought a car here a few months ago after moving to Anchorage. Really great experience with David Kirk. Was provided detailed history on car, with little pressure. Visited the majority of Used Car lots in Anchorage, and this was about the best experience.
