Lexus of Silver Spring truly understands Customer Service. I am extremely pleased with the entire Lexus Team (Andreas Tsirikos-Sales, and Sally Morshed-Finance) but it was Alex Abbaszadeh who knocked it out of the park. I think the ball is still rolling around the parking lot. Alex was very professional and very knowledgeable of the 2017 Lexus RX 350. My sales experience was awesome! Most dealerships use high pressure sale tactics. The kind of sales tactics where you feel like going home taking a shower. Alex was easy going and sold me what needed. He took the time to understand my requirements and provided me with affordable option s. But Alex's patience is definitely a virtue and it explains why life is good. The 2017 Lexus RX 350 I leased had all of the bells and whistles. It was very intimidating. Alex took his time to explain every function in an easy, understandable terms. He didn't use technical jargon to confuse me. Alex also offered follow-up instructions, if needed. Well, it was needed and I took him up on his offer. I called him on three separate occasions regarding the radio, navigation system, and the tail gate opening function by touching the Lexus emblem. Alex was very patience and he clearly communicated the "how to..." and Alex took it to the next level of customer service by walking me through the instructions. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful but not aggressive. Sally was a bit eager to complete the financial portion rushing thru explaining services and agreements. Maybe b/c it was late on Sat night.

First of all I hate buying cars. The only thing I hate doing more is buying a used car. I went to five different car dealers and they confirmed everything I hate about buying a used car. Then I showed up a Lexus of Silver Spring and they proved me completely wrong about buying a used car. I can't believe I'm saying this but I actually enjoyed my time at their dealership. Isaac was my salesman. He is the nicest most honest guy you're ever going to meet in used car sales. And not to be outdone the manager (Billy) was every bit as nice and honest as Isaac. The car I got was in unbelievably great condition and I got the best price by far of anything I looked at. I guess my bottom line is if I ever buy another used car again or new car for that matter I'm going to Lexus of Silver Silver Spring. Sincerely

Looking to buy a new car, we met Sam Kim at Lexus Silver Spring. With his excellent professional knowledge of Luxus, he showed us the new features of the RX350 and completely convinced us how comfortable and luxurious it is to drive it. Despite that we went to other dealers and also tried to buy online, we were lured by him and we went back to buy it from him.
