I have been working with AJ since 2010 at DARCARS lexus and the experience could not be better…..in those 8 years I have been in 4 different cars with AJ at Lexus…I was just there last Monday 5-15-2017….I went in at 1:45pm and was out with my new 2017 by 2:45pm….an ordinary person doing an extraordinary thing…he is the BEST of the BEST…..I recommended him to all my friends and clients…the main reason…treats you like you both have the same last name…cannot get any better than that…and trust….at 110%...do yourself a favor and get with the best!

Michael Aragon helped me with the purchase of my new 2017 ES 350 4 door sedan. Initially, I visited the dealership and test drove two vehicles that I was interested in purchasing. Later, Mr. Aragon and I discussed over the telephone the particular vehicle and specifications that I wanted. When I drove up to the dealership that same afternoon, Mr. Aragon had the vehicle that I had requested sitting out front and ready for me to test drive it. Mr. Aragon was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted to purchase. Mr. Aragon walked me through the entire purchasing process with ease. Significantly, in order for me to drive my new car home that same evening, Mr. Aragon offered to drive my other car home the next morning. I never anticipated that I would receive this type of customer service. Since purchasing my new car, Mr. Aragon has followed up with me on several occasion about my new car experience and has helped me with setting up certain features in my car such as Lexus Enform.

I never was a Lexus fan, but I was completely wrong. Sam illustrated me into the new LEXUS world. I love it! I got rc300 and this is the best car I drove so far. And definitely will go back soon to buy another car through him. Excellent customer service. He's there whenever you need him. He's awesome! Highly recommend him.

Ali Golestani help me with the purchase of my pre-owned 2016 Rx 350. I saw the vehicle on-line called the dealership and spoke to Ali. The vehicle was recently added to the website without any photos. Ali was kind enough to take photos & send them to me. I instantly made an appointment and on the day of my apt. Ali had the car parked out front ready to test drive. As a single woman I felt very comfortable felt Ali was courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I also had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Chris Morris who also spoke & made me comfortable about embarking on my new purchase. I had the service appointment for my Lexus ES 350. I had mistakenly taken the Appointment with Des cars nearby. Even though My appointment was with Des Cars Mr. Radfar was gracious and kind enough to take my car in for service. Mr . C.J. Radfar was extremely helpful and polite during the process of registration for service. I found him to be well organized and efficient. The Waiting area of your organization is very neat, and comfortable. The facilities provide are excellent specifically the Internet . Refreshment was excellent specifically fruits , and soft beverages. Only after a short waiting, Mr Radfar informed me that the 50K service was completed. Mr. Radfar very efficiently finished the formalities and I was able to leave after taking my car. Please Convey my heartfelt thanks for Mr. Radfar for the excellent services rendered to me.
