I recently got a brand new car from this dealership. I was initially very skeptical about the process but I must say, it was an amazing experience and would recommend this dealership, especially Tony; one of the dealers to anyone. The dealer, Tony, was very professional, knowledgeable on the cars and sales process. Amazing customer service skills. He is very dedicated to what he does and very helpful to his customers. They were very ready to work with my budget and made the process easy and stress free. I can bet this same experience to anyone trying to get a new car from this dealership and Tony as your dealer.

Shell Lewis made the car selection and purchase process absolutely wonderful and painless. He is truly genuine when it comes to helping his customers and he does this all with no pressure at all. His main focus was making sure my husband and I was happy. We can't leave out the finance manager that worked with us. She was really nice and took her time to explain everything to us. You just don't find this type of customer service anymore. But I tell you Lexus of Silver Spring have the it factor!! Thank the both of you so much for a job well done.

After searching for the car I wanted I came to Lexus of silver spring. I worked with Sam Kim who has gone above and beyond. I am very happy with the service I've received since purchasing my car there and would highly recommend this dealership.

Tony took his time over the course of several months to help me identify the kind of car I was looking for and was always available to speak or arrange for test drives. He then helped me get competitive prices for the car I was looking for.

My wife & I visited the dealership on Tuesday, March 8th with NO intention of purchasing a vehicle that evening. Immediately upon entering the showroom, Sam Kim greeted us in a manner that made us feel comfortable and genuinely welcomed. Sam asked all the right questions but even more importantly, listened to what we said. Needless to say, my wife fell in love with a 2015 IS 250 that was in the showroom. Without wasting any time, Sam orchestrated the IS 250 being taken out of the showroom floor and off we went on our test drive. During our test drive, Sam explained & showed us the features and benefits of the vehicle. What impressed us about Sam was his ability to inform us without being " the proverbial car salesman". When we arrived back at the dealership, I looked at my wife and asked her if she liked the car- her response was an emphatic,"I love it"! Only then, and this is what other so called car salesmen should learn from, did Sam ask,"What can I do to earn your business today"? I told Sam, let's see what you can do.....And with Matt Emery's guidance & direction as well as his innate ability to be transparent throughout the process, Sam DID!!! In today's competitive automotive industry, what separates and distinguishes a location is the commitment to exceeding a customer's expectations...And that's what Sam AND Matt Emery did!!!
