This is the third Lexus I’ve purchased and I’ve had experience with multiple Dealers in four states along the East Coast. Silver Spring Lexus is at the top of my list. From the immaculate show room to the friendly, courteous staff, the dealership did everything possible to make the purchasing experience professional and satisfying. My experience began with telephone conversations and emails with the Internet Manager, who sent me specification sheets on vehicles shown on the dealer’s website. He met me when I arrived and introduced me to an executive sales associate that handled the test drives and discussed my needs and reviewed the vehicles available with the associated CarFax reports. I provided pricing comps that formed the basis for my offer. The final pricing was $500 below what I expected. The results of the negotiation was printed in way that permitted even a novice, like myself, to understand the various charges and credits that resulted in the final, bottom line cost. The discussions that followed, with the representative from the finance department, were equally satisfying. The terms of the agreement were comprehensive and clear. All the paperwork required to lease the new vehicle and for my trade-in, was presented in logical and understandable manner. In addition I was offered a loaner to drive, so I could return the next day with my trade-in title and to pick up my new Lexus. The whole experience was professional and flawless. I certainly recommend Lexus of Silver Spring to anyone shopping for a fair price and extraordinary customer service. The employees, that closed this sale, exceeded my every expectation. .

I have purchased several cars from this Lexus dealership. Generally, it is an excellent dealership that I would recommend without reservation. In particular, I worked with Mr. Ali Golestani (we call him Mr. Ali G.), who is a superb salesman. He was very patient, thorough, and competent. He knows the product line. Our salesman, Ali Golestani, was very knowledgeable about all of the Lexus products and was able to clearly articulate the differences between the various model years of the GX line. Ali was very patient in listening to all my questions and I never felt rushed. Ali was enthusiastic about the Lexus SUVs and had documentation to back up all of what he told me. I also felt that Ali and the Sales Manager were fair in their approach to negotiating the vehicle price. Financial services provided detailed explanations of their services and various options for finance.

After experiencing a heartbreak of my vehicle being stolen and never recovered, I met a wonderful person who not only made my dream come true, but made the experience a very memorable one. Stephanie went out of her way, answering my many questions and dealing with my indecisiveness, and she was able to not only put me in a car, but the car of my dreams. She was entertaining and very personable. She made me feel right at home and next thing I knew, the process was over and done with. It seemed so seamless and as a result, I have referred a few friends that are interested in purchasing a vehicle. Her professionalism and attention to detail definitely stood out and I will always remember that.
