I was greeted as soon as I arrived. My salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful and he made sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. The dealership manager may sure to get the car to a price we both agreed upon and explained everything. He also honored my military service by extending a military rebate. The finance manager was very helpful and explained all of the products and what fit my needs.

First of all, I just wanted to say that I had the best...

First of all, I just wanted to say that I had the best New Car buying experience at Lexus of Silver Spring. Andreas Tsirikos is the best Car Salesman that Ive ever worked with. I've bought many new cars in the past and this was my 2nd new Lexus that i've purchased. Andreas by far was the best salesperson that Ive ever worked with. Being that I am women, Ive dealt with many salesmen that treated me like I didnt know what I wanted, I didnt know what I was talking about or "there is no way that you can get that car, for that price". Andreas was the first salesman that I worked with, that didnt care about him making money and wanted me to get the best deal that i could possibly get. It was almost like a big brother helping his little sister. There was no pressure or no aggressive salesmen tactics trying to force me to buy something that i didnt want or a price that I wasnt comfortable paying. He made sure that I got the price and the car that I wanted!!! This is why I rated Lexus of Silverspring the highest rating possible. This experience was truly outstanding!!!

we bought a Lexus IS250 AWD at this dealership

The best buying experience!, friendly and helpful staff, best price in 300 mile radius, our salesperson name REN was awesome, manager was great, I recommend this dealership to anyone who is going to buy a new or used luxury vehicle. I am so glad i drove 4 hours to this dealership. SAM

I have just recently purchased a Lexus and the overall service was incredible. Bayo is such a valuable and pleasant person to work with. He was very patient and friendly. I wouldn't ask for anyone else to be my dealer.

Happy Customer

I purchased my 2013 es 300h ffrom Darcars in Sept. Everyone was professional and appearred to be interested in what I wanted and my sales rep did everything he could to make sure I was completely happy and satisfied as a customer. I have recommended friends and family to Darcars of Silver spring. I love my vehicle.

My husband and I have purchased over 15 cars in the last...

My husband and I have purchased over 15 cars in the last two years and I honestly have to say that this by experience was by far the most pleasurable experience that we have ever encountered. Terry was an absolute wonder to work with he made sure that all of the paperwork was done efficiently we didn't have to wait around we got in and out in all of our concerns addressed promptly. The manager James made us feel like we were at home, that we had been lifetime customers and that we were actually friends of everybody that worked there. While we Surely enjoy our new LX 570 I don't know it by next car will be A lexus but I can promise you that either Terry or James will be our salesperson.

Heard of the famous saying 'Used car salesmen sell snake...

Heard of the famous saying 'Used car salesmen sell snake oil'. I experienced that here. Terrible experience looking to buy a used car. The two James guys are cheats to the core. Let me tell you the car-fax report looks ultra clean but the car would have been in an accident. If you get the car inspected by a good inspector you can find it out. I was lucky in that way that my inspector found it. Now after this, i told them i dont want the car and asked return the deposit back. They said, sure, within a week. But that did not come until 40 days that too with 3 reminders. Ultimately a nice guy in the financial division took care of my return without the intervention of this James Gardner. Lexus boasts of excellent customer service but this James Gardner is exactly the opposite. Dont trust these fellows, especially the used car people here are simply horrible.

Suvdebater, I sincerely apologize that you were not pleased with our services. We always try and do the very best for each and every one of our customers. I understand that you were not happy with your experience and remember your situation very well with James Park. With the arrival of the inspector that you had come to take a look at the vehicle for you, I personally spent a great deal of time with him to make sure he could provide you with the most accurate description of the vehicle so you could make a educated buying decision. Overall he provide a very detailed report which was one of a terrific performing car but had noted that there were some cosmetic things that had been repaired. This is stuff that we do not hide or try to deceive people with. They are used cars and we do our best to make them presentable for the average consumer. As for the deposit. I recall receiving a phone call from you asking that your deposit be returned to you because you were not comfortable with the vehicle and had asked James Park to return it to you a few days earlier. At that time we were going in to the weekend and I assured you that I would make sure that it would be taken care of the following business's week in which I did. I will double check with our accounting department first thing in the morning and find out exactly where the issue was. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience and any trouble that we may have caused you. But rest assured we always take our customers concerns to heart.

My wife and I brought our first brand new Lexus from Silver Spring and we came back 12 years later to purchase another one. We looked at the pre owned certified Lexus last September 2011 and purchase a 2010 ES 350. So I needed a SUV because the one i had was reaching it last leg. Since we had such a great experience with the pre owned vehicle we purchase, we decided to look at another pre owned certified RX 350. This time the experience was even better once we met Rick Sanchez. He was by far the best sells person i have ever in counter. Let me say this before purchasing a pre owned vehicle i have never brought a used car before. With the very low mileage vechicle he showed us it was a no brainer to purchase a pre owned RX. With the minor imperfection Rick made sure everything was taken care of. He is such a valuable employee to this company. I would not be surprise to see him becoming a general manager one day. Alex the sales manager was very helpful and made sure the deal we got for the RX was fair to all parties.
