I'm buying a brand new lexus from this dealership for bunch of times. Staffs are really friendly and always offer me a reasonable price. They never try to make any deal based on money. They always tries to give the best server, best deal to their costumer. It'll be my present and future Lexus dealership Thank you Guys

Let's NOT Make a Deal . . . .
I recently began my search for a LX570. Went down to Lexus of Silver Spring to test drive a few since they had a good stock of them. We fell in love with the black one, but decided to keep looking around to be sure. We actually found one in another state for a better price, but I decided to give our local dealership a chance. (MISTAKE) Once we were ready, and with financing in hand, I called our salesman Ali G. to make the deal . Ali suggested that I speak with Justin Reed the Sales Manager to negotiate our trade and purchase. I did that. Justin made me a deal on the phone and after speaking with my husband later that night I emailed the same night (after hours) and agreed to the deal. First thing this morning I emailed over drivers license, insurance card, and registration for the vehicle being traded in. Then I waited for Justin to send me the buyers order so I can have the bank cut the check. Justin emailed me back wanting me to apply for financing - (STALL TACTIC ) Long story made short, Justin stalled and never sent the buyers order. He simply emailed back that a customer had "JUST COME IN" to purchase the vehicle and it was no longer available. Really Justin? This would have been our third Lexus. And the first two were not bought from Lexus of Silver Spring. Now I remember why. BAD BUSINESS - HIGH PRICES - STAY AWAY

Mr Awan was our salesperson and he helped us in very professional manner on every step of the way. He took time in showing the vehicle and the features until we felt comfortable. He helped us though the complete process of contract and finance aspect of the deal. I would strongly recommend Mr. Awan to my friend, family and anybody ask me for the sales person. Let me just tell you how happy I am with the customer service displayed when I bought my brand new beautiful Lexus. Andreas is Outstanding in every category. The best executive sales person on the floor. Very good to work with. Andreas made sure that all of my inquiries, needs and requests (and there were many) were taken care of. I felt very confortable that I was getting the very best deal for my money. Andreas and Sally - always friendly and over - the - top helpful in every category. They were a complete pleasure to deal with. Trevor is the ultimate manager!!!! Trevor made sure that I was happy with my new car. I am very happy with the 100% customer service and value that I received from this dealership. would recommend this dealership mostly because of Raymond Neal. Ray's attention to our requirements, etc., was extra-ordinary. The dealership was attractive, conveniently located and overall impressive. Haven't used the service department yet, new car, but from what I overheard from other clients, it sounds exceptional. His excellent and professional service definitely encourages us to recommend this dealership and to purchase another Lexus from Ray.

I went in to purchase a CPO Lexus truck. The salesperson was kind, Ebi. The manager, Justin, left much to be desired. After speaking with him and negotiating a reasonable deal, a different amount appeared on my final paperwork. When I refused to complete the deal, I was referred to the "pre-owned" director, Scott. He proceeded to threaten me into purchasing a vehicle I had not taken possession of by telling me since I did some of the paperwork, I owned the vehicle. The strong-arm tactics included several stories about others they had taken to court and judges forcing customers to purchase vehicles. He told me that they owned my trade and I owned the truck that I went in to purchase, solely because I signed a few papers. I never took possession of the vehicle and never drove it other than a test drive. I also refused to sign over my trade when I realized what was happening. I contacted the dealership under a different name a few days later to inquire about 2 different trucks that I had seen on the lot. The less than knowledgeable sales person tried to convince me that they were the premium models and the same. Having seen both of them, I knew one had features the other did not. I also learned that the dealership purchases vehicles from random auctions, so you don't know where the vehicles came from and can't be certain about their maintenance. I emailed the dealership hierarchy on 2 separate occasions and did not receive a reply from their customer service manager, so clearly they had no interest in resolving the matter. I will NEVER make an attempt to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and would advise others to stay away. Their tactics are not customer centric and their interest is making money for the dealership, not serving the customer. STAY AWAY FROM LEXUS OF SILVER SPRING PRE-OWNED!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET THE TRIP.

I wish I could say that I had a great experience here. ...
I wish I could say that I had a great experience here. At this dealership everyone is really friendly until you sign on the dotted line.....After that everything goes out the window. I should have gone with my gut instinct and took the drive back down to Pohanka Lexus of Chantilly. My terrible experience all started on my first visit. I repeatedly ask myself why did I return and give them my business. My advice to others never purchase under time pressure or sales pressure, for that matter. They all seem to work together and not in the favor of the customer. They make promises that they never have intentions on following through with. I would not recommend anyone here for any future purchases or for their service. I have never purchased a car and not received follow up from my salesperson. I was actually surprised at the treatment that I was given here. Needless to say when I purchase my new Lexus in February, I will not be returning here. They should take a step back and take a look at the level of service that they are providing and realize that consumers have many options on which dealership they choose when purchasing their car.

WARNING!!! Horrible customer service - Unethical
I took my 2006 Lexus GS 300 here for service on a "known" manufacturers defect. I purchased the car and I am the only owner and driver. I typically take the car to Lexus in Towson, MD but since this was closer we figured that the Lexus brand is the same everywhere. Not the case. My car was flooding water on the floor boards due to a bad Evaporation tube defect. It had been soaking for weeks and I was assuming that the windows were left down or that the sun roof was left open or even to the point that the guys detailing the car accidentally got it wet inside. So weeks later (about 3) the damage is done. The carpet has mold in it and a trip to the car dealership. First I was told that they were going to charge $125 just to look at the car because sometimes the drain from the sun roof leaks into the car. Ok. Whatever. An it turns out that the problem was from the "known" defect (TSB -ACR003R-07) caused by a blocked HVAC evaporator drain. I took the car in for service on Tuesday, August 26th and through several gyrations of contacting corporate and my car insurance to pay for the repairs on today September 17th my service manager tells me that I have to pay an additional $900 dollars for differences in labor. Shouldn't you notify the customer if there is that significant of a difference in the repair costs, shouldn't this me authorized before proceeding further. I am at a loss and very unhappy at this point. Do not use this dealership. Their initial quote was higher than the one from Towson, MD by $200 dollars. Do not select this dealership for convenience. They are entirely unethical and have zero integrity. As far as the corporate service I have received I am not impressed.

Good experience and Great follow up
I purchased a 2013 Lexus GS from Lexus of Silver Spring last month. Andreas was salesman who helped me with the purchase. He was extremely informative about all the functions of the car as well as the differences between other Lexus models. When I was getting ready to make a decision, he wasn't pushy or over the top but he did go out of his way to make sure every one of my questions were answered. I felt like a got a good deal and was happy with the financing package as well. Since I've bought many cars in the past, I didn't expect to hear from Lexus again after I took delivery except for the occasional marketing mailer. My experience with Andreas has been much different. He followed up with me after the sale and also took the time to answer questions about the car's many functions when I was back at the dealership for my first service. I would highly recommend using Andreas if you're thinking about purchasing a new Lexus!
