Reached out to dealer on this platform and it took 5 days

Reached out to dealer on this platform and it took 5 days to get a video of the exterior and interior of the vehicle and a pic of the odometer, during this time this vehicle was sold out from under me. I found the salesperson Alexis to be incompetent and after this experience wouldn't put the time in again with this dealer. I'm a loyal Acura customer, I've been driving them since 2001 and this is the worst customer experience I've ever had. I'd avoid this dealership.
