Bobby Rahal Dealership in Wexford ... My hero!
After dealing with several Mercedes dealerships, I went to Bobby Rahal in Wexford where I met a fantastic "team" of consultants. John S. Johnson took the lead in helping me to find exactly what I would like, and went over several payment plans to see which would tie up the least amount of money, since I trade-in every three years. In my experience, the team at Rahal makes you feel as part of a family instead of walking into an unknown entity. Consultants, John S. Johnson, Joe Szescila, Product Concierge, Blake McCarty and Manager, David Dragisic are to be commended for their help to me and for their warmth and professionalism. I love my GLA 250! Thanks again for your kindness. I will definitely be sending people your way.

Great experience
First time buyer. We bought a 2016 C class. Whole experience hassle free. Dennis Tillco is a great salesman, would definitely return in future and recommend him to friends. Best part is that he took care of so many details for us. Also Blake, who reviewed the car with us, was very patient

A wonderful buying experience
Ryan Decker was fantastic as a sales person. He was attentive, answered all of my questions, went to find the answers if he did not know them and had a great attitude. Bobby Rahal Mercedes is a class organization. When they treat customers well, many of the customers will come back to buy again from them. If the last maker of the car I owned understood that, I would be driving that make again. Their loss and Bobby Rahal's gain.

Top Notch Dealership!
From the time we walked in to this dealership, we were treated like celebrities. Never waiting for attention, or service! Asked if we were comfortable, needed a refreshment, or wanted anything. Our salesman, Brian Darcangelo, was so patient and kind, when we changed our mind, going from a gently used C300 to a brand new E350. We had him running all over the place to find just the right color combo and all the features we wanted. Then we changed that to a different color and he started again. Then we were going to buy out right, then lease, then .....well! Poor Brian! But he never showed any frustration, just stayed with us until we were happy.. Very happy! Thank you Brian and Bobby Rahal of Wexford! I will tell all my friends to come and see Brian when looking for the perfect automobile!

Another hassle free Mercedes Purchase
Just bought a 2015 E-Class from the Wexford Dealership of Bobby Rahal. Have been dealing with Dennis Tilko and Jay Petrak for 15 years now and find them both to be extremely professional and forthright on both my trade-in and purchase price. Made the deal quickly on the exact car I wanted. The concierge service upon delivery of the car was exceptional given the upgrades to the technology. I could buy a car anywhere but the service we receive here at this dealership from Dave Gutherie (Service Mgr.) brings us back every time. I send family and friends here because they are consistent in their customer service and their pricing policies are well in line within our region. I research my car purchase extensively so I know what I should pay. I've never been disappointed with this dealership. This is my 6th Mercedes.

We got a certified pre-owned Mercedes E-350 this week. Kabby was very helpful throughout the process. He is really professional and prompt to help. (and importantly, he is not pushy!!) We are likely to visit him again for the next purchase!!

PROMPT RESPONSE
While in search of an Audi S5 for a possible purchase , I came upon the Bobby Rahal site listing one, and I entered an inquiry on the vehicles' availability. The response was courteous, and very prompt , less than 10 minutes actually. The sales rep. was very helpful , in explaining all of the vehicles' details, and answered all of my questions. It was greatly appreciated , and while I was unable to make the purchase at that time, it definitely made me consider the Rahal dealership as a first option , if and when I am ready to purchase another vehicle.
