Excellent experience -Totally love my new Mercedes

Seamless car purchasing experience at Rahal Mercedes. Working with Jason Czado was an absolute pleasure. Jason has such an impressive knowledge of the Mercedes Benz Organization and their vehicles. He actually made the whole process efficient and effortless. Having lived abroad in Stuttgart, Germany for several years, I always knew Mercedes was the car for me. All it took was a visit to Rahal Mercedes, letting Jason know what I was looking for, and we found the perfect car. Love!

Excellent Purchasing Experience w/Kabby Everly

The level of customer service in both of the sales and service departments at Bobby Rahal Motorcar Company in Wexford is excellent. I have had two great purchasing experiences at this location. I highly recommend my sales consultant, Kabby Everly. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience and that I left the dealership in my new car that day. Kabby is incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, great dealership, excellent service, and I am one happy customer!

Dennis Tilko from Bobby Rahal Mercedes

I have been a loyal Mercedes customer for over 10 years and have purchased 6 Mercedes from my salesman Dennis Tilko at Rahal Mercedes. I drive over 20,000 per year so I need to feel confident and comfortable in my vehicle. Dennis Tilko is the most knowledgeable salesman there in my opinion. He has made learning, understanding and selling Mercedes his career and has recently spent time in the factory in Germany to understand how this brand works from every bolt to the complex computer system. I feel confident when he assists me in choosing a car, it's the right one for me! I have investigated other brands and dealerships recently and no one can come close, back to Dennis at Mercedes I went. This dealership over delivers on every experience from purchasing to service. I have high demands and often need a last minute service apt but am accommodated every time with a loaner and fresh cup of coffee ready to go! They deserve your business and have earned your trust!!!

E350 purchase

Could not be happier with my new Benz or this dealership. This is the 3rd time I have purchased an E350 from Bobby Rahal and their professionalism is second to none! They always go over the top to please. This time my car was wrapped with a huge red bow upon delivery.

They do not negotiate

This dealer has great customer service but that's all I liked about them. The sales person sent the car info to wrong email address twice. A week later I went to dealer with my check book to test drive and possibly buy the car. They had priced their car to the high end of the KBB price range but offered the low end of the KBB price range for my trade in. Their trade in offer was about 25% below the printed "Autotrader-KBB Instant Cash Offer" I had with me. They had no interest in narrowing the gap in their asking price and my budget. This place is ideal for the buyers who are not budget conscious and don't negotiate. Unfortunately, I like the dealers who believe in a give and take process.

Rahal Motor Cars Wexford-outstanding experience

This was, by far, the best car-buying experience I have ever had. Chris Shrieve is now my go-to for future car sales. He and Ryan Nyiri made buying a new car nothing but joyful. As for Rahal, what can you say? When it comes to selection, vehicle quality and price ranges on the lot, you won't find a bigger or better selection. This is the second new Mercedes Benz i have purchased there and i assure you it will not be the last!

Great sales expert Dennis Tilko

This is my second C class Mercedes that I have gotten at Bobby Rahal. My sales person Dennis Tilko is a top notch sales expert and he is the reason I have just purchased my second Mercedes. Every associate is knowledgeable from Dave in finance to Ryan who explained every function of my new car. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!

A Wonderful Car Buying Experience, Start to Finish

My husband and I were searching for a Mercedes C300 4Matic with specific features and in a particular exterior-interior color combination. Our search ended at Bobby Rahal Motorcar Company, with our sales consultant John Johnson. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we walked in the door by every staff member that we encountered. After taking the pertinent information, we were shown the exact MB that we wanted. Our trade-in automobile was evaluated and we were offered precisely what we expected to receive for it. There were no games or dramatics. Mr. Johnson took care of all transfers, including insurance, in a most efficient manner, down to removing our personal property from the trade-in vehicle for us. I can honestly state that this was the easiest, most pleasurable car purchasing experience that we have ever made. We highly recommend Bobby Rahal Motorcar Company.
